We used to take our very elderly cat Skeezix there, when she was still with us. She had kidney problems, liver problems and thyroid problems, and a heart murmur. Basically, she was a sweet but feisty bag of fur. We started boarding her during our vacations when she got to where she couldn’t afford to miss her meds(she wouldn’t always allow the cat sitters to catch her). The first think I noticed walking up to the cat boarding area was the total lack of cat smell. It was super-clean, and the cats there all looked well cared-for and reasonably content. They have different kennels for active kitties(more room, more stuff to climb on), and for special needs kitties(enough room, but all on one level). They took such great care of her. The her out to play daily, and let her sit in a special window box so she could watch birds(heck, you can rent a tv for your cat and let it watch videos if you want), and one tech in particular would always try lots of different treats to see what they could get her to eat — and would give us a list of what she liked. I highly recommend the place — even if your cat doesn’t need medical care, it’s a great facility.
