NEGATIVE5STARS!!! Now having said that, this store is an «Authorized Premium Retailer» for Verizon, however, not so premium with their commitment to customer care. First off This store is very deceptive, dishonest with its business practice. This store’s manager promised me on many occasions about line access discounts and a device rebate which I never saw. And when I confronted him about it later, he assured me that the discounts and the rebate was on its way, and asked me to wait, which I did for 5 months. And 3 months for the line access discounts. Then he said he «tried» to apply the discounts it wouldn’t work for some reason, lol! I said didn’t you promise me those discounts and a rebate just days ago?!? He didn’t have an answer, kept on saying he was only trying to help me out and claimed that he was doing too much to help me. Lmao!!! Anyway, He also changed my plan without my consent saying that he was trying to save me money. However, When I was comparing my old plan to a plan he put me on, I was getting less data and paying more money for it. What a joke!!! Then he changed me back to my old plan, only after I complained about it. But then he forgot to apply one of the line access discount I was already getting with that plan!!! By far the most incompetent person I have seen working at Verizon. I had to call customer care myself to fix an error he made. He then offered me his district manager’s contact info which I never got. He then said his manager is coming in a few days and I could speak to him directly. He then texted me saying he isn’t coming until Saturday. I texted him on Saturday to ask for time, he replied that he has family emergency and isn’t going to be back for a few weeks. Lol! Seriously?! Really?! It was so obvious that he didn’t want me speaking to his manager in a fear that he would get in trouble. Thank god, his last day is the 30th of this month. I will contact Verizon corporate customer service, and the regional president about all the problems I have been having with this store and its store manager if I can’t get it resolved. I called Verizon customer support and spoke the most caring and competent young lady who helped me resolved my issue. I called her right before entering the store and explained to her my situation. Then I handed my phone over to the store manager who seemed very annoyed and mad. Anyways, I was at that store for about 35 mins. After it was all said and done. She assured me that device rebate should come in next few days, which it did! And she applied line access discounts for a month, and in case it doesn’t appear on my next bill, asked me to call them back and they will apply them. Bottom line: Verizon customer support was very helpful in resolving my issue, but can’t say the same thing about this indirect channel store.
