Business Owner

Southern Pride is local, family owned and operated. When it comes to windows and doors, no one has more knowledge or expertise than Tom. He consistently turns challenges into customers that are raving fans. His vast knowledge allows him to think outside the box and deliver great results. Tom’s disarming sense of humor brings out the best in those around him.

Tom’s wife of 17 years, Kelli, recently left her 8 year passion in the medical field to help full time run the operations side of the business. She is the one that generally answers the phone and schedules appointments. Her goal to make sure each customer gets the attention and dedication they deserve.

In their spare time the Herold’s enjoy boating, spending time with their children and attending Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall. The company also donates to the Friends of Scouting, and Tom pulls the scout float in the Rowlett Christmas parade.
