History
Established in 2011.
JS Modern Works is a single artist studio specializing in small treasures and hand carved porcelain jewelry. The artist has been carving for 15 years as a hobby that slowly grew into a studio setting. JS was introduced to porcelain and earthenware by Marilyn Kroll known for her extravagant mosaic tables and learned design methods that make her pieces so unique. Most of her hand carved jewelry is inspired by interpreted historical writings, hieroglyphics, and cultures from all over the world.
