I’m very busy and extremely blessed to be able to have the experience and knowledge that I have to run the appliance repair business. I am also very fortunate and again, blessed to have the wonderful, hard working, dedicated and honest technicians that are working with me in this business.

I love helping people with their appliance issues and helping to get the correct parts to them.

Do not call this company: Very Disappointed. I would rate them 0 over all for their service, and customer service. My dryer stopped heating. Since we new to this state we found them on web, we should have see reviews before calling them, desperately needed my dryer to work ASAP. Any ways Robert came to fix it and he said it need heating element so he replaced. Also I had extra washer dryer which I wanted to sell so I ask him to look at it, he told me water pump need to be flush out and in dryer it need termo stat so we had him change it and we paid $ 350 cash for all the work he had done, so soon as he left I try to dry kids clothe but dryer had same issue which this technician Robert worked on. So I call this lady Ella, she ask my stupidest questions ever and said well I talk to technican, then call u back. I waited for couple of hours then I called her back several times but she didn’t answer. Then I called her from my husbands phone she ANSWERED, I told her the same thing I told couple of hours ago, she said we r busy then hang up, and I recieved her text saying «robert is scheduled to return to your house this afternoon to check your dryer today. he will call before he comes out. Have a terrific day.» So again I waited all day and called them back in the evening NO ANSWER and left several messages. I been calling them since morning and she didn’t answer but text me again «call you later.» So while I was waiting for this call thought of checking their reviews online and letting other families know that Accurate appliance is not worth, they over charge and don’t do their job at all and never return calls
So please DO NOT WASTE u r money like I did.

The only reason they receive a star is because I have to have one. This is by far the most dishonest company that I have ever dealt with. The owner, Ella Watson, has to be one of the most dishonest people that I have run in to in the business world. I understand that the technician, Robert, could not fix our refrigerator, but that is not where it ended. They made promises and could not fulfill. They do not answer the phone or return calls when you call from a number they do not recognize and they actually do answer. Robert said he would call or come by, I would change my plans and he would never come or call to tell us why. Ella promised we would get our money back. We did not even ask or expect that, but she brought it up. We have not heard from her. We have called day after day and nothing. RUN and RUN FAST!!! They are thieves!

If I could give 0 star, I would. Save your money and call a different company. I should have known when I called Ella the first time to have them come out to fix it, she kept telling me she would call me back but she wouldn’t. I used them to repair a commercial dish washer and Robert came out and installed it improperly and tried to tell us the BRAND NEW part we ordered was «bad». I just wasted $ 220 on them. When I would call Ella, she was avoiding my calls. I used my husband’s number to call them and she answered and told me she was «busy.» AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I had to call Ecolab to come out and fork out another $ 220 for them to properly fix my dishwasher.

Do not use this company they don’t keep their word. The owner Ella Watson is very dishonest she makes promises she won’t keep. Her famous line «I will call you back» of course she doesn’t.
This coming from someone who is a business owner. The other review is exactly what Ella and her so called company does. Stay away from this Company and Ella Watson.
