My boyfriend is a long time customer and he took me to see Ruby in order to exchange a gold chain. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ruby goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Her prices are reasonable, merchandise is beautiful and I know I will be back to buy something else! I got great service purchasing an engagement ring here! The selection is outstanding and they really work to help you find just the right ring. My fiancée is very happy with her ring. I of course made the mistake of ordering the ring too large but Ruby was able to help us. An on site jeweler was able to resize the ring within an hour and they did a flawless repair. Very happy and we plan to return to purchase our wedding bands!

After months of searching for engagements rings, I was told of a jeweler in Rowland Heights, so googled them. Tina’s Jewelry popped up, read the reviews and called and left a message. Ruby called back next thing I knew we were making the drive. Turns out was the wrong place, but glad I found them. Ruby, the owner, was so passionate and knowledgeable. She has been nothing but patient and accommodating with me. This is a must «go too» before you make your final decision, plus she guarantee’s her price can’t be beat!

Ruby and her husband here are the absolute BEST! They are located at the center island and are the most genuine warm hearted jewelers you will find. My husband and I were referred to Ruby back in 2011 when we started looking at engagement rings. Since then we have referred family and have been back multiple times for upgrades and wedding bands. You will not feel pushed or swayed into anything you don’t want. Prices are fair and Rubys love for what she does makes your jewelry buying experience top notch!

Best ever! Ruby is the best ever. She gets so excited with every sale. Her service and jewelry is exceptional. My husband purchased my wedding rings there 23 years ago! I just recently came back to have her repair my ring. I came out with 2 new rings! I love them! I will be back a lot sooner!

This place is fantastic! Every time we went to Costco my partner would stop by the jewelry case, which is strategically placed, to look at rings. I knew i was going to pop the question, but i knew nothing about diamonds. The topic was quite overwhelming for me. So, I took a good friend’s advice and stopped by Tina’s Jewelry. Ruby, the owner who helped me was so kind and so patient. She took her time to give me a diamond 101 education. She gave me a magnifying glass to look at several diamonds as she explained their quality and what I needed to look for. I gave her my budget and she gave me my options. She did not once try to up sell or insist on any particular ring. She never once showed me anything outside of my said budget, which I appreciated greatly. I didn’t want to look at things I couldn’t afford. I felt like I had a close family member with me helping me make a big decision and keeping my best interest in mind the whole time which really took the edge off this huge endeavor. Plus, she treated me with such respect even after I explained the ring was for my same sex partner. I will be back here for our bands and any other jewelry I purchase in the future.

Ruby was amazing! I was interested in a Claddagh ring, and they’re often hard to find. Other stores quoted at over $ 60, which is too steep for sterling silver. I called the store and Ruby gave me her cell # and from there she detailed the Claddagh rings they had and the materials. Originally she was going to order the ring for me, but when the cost of shipping came to be the same for the ring, she told me just to come in the store and see the rings she had. Btw, she sent pictures of the rings to be ordered and the rings she had in stock. They were in my price range (20 – 25) and I was sold. I came and in and was welcomed by her in a friendly manner, she then showed me the rings and we decided on s thinner band. Her customer service is phenomenal, usually when you go into shops like this the sales try to push you to buy expensive items, but for her it was about the comfort of the customer. I’ll definitely be returning for more purchases :) she’s so lovely and the ring looks gorgeous!

Ruby is simply THE best! She has been my jeweler for almost ten years now! There is no one else that I trust with my precious diamonds and gold. By her insistence, I take my ring to her about every six weeks to be examined for missing diamonds or clasp breakage. She makes sure that none of my precious stones get lost. I have never doubted her recommendations and put total trust in her. Did I mention that I have never been greeted with anything else but a HUGE smile. Her prices are amazing too… love her, love her, love her!

I have noticed for a month or so that the prongs on my wedding setting have been broken at the tips. With the ring catching on everything, it is an inconvenience. But, more importantly, I was worried about losing my center stone. I considered a couple options of where to go for repair work, but was reluctant to just choose anywhere. So one of the small diamonds on the engagement ring fell off. Apparently it’s common for the small diamonds to fall off the ring due to wear and tear among other reasons. I took it over to Ruby and she said she’ll happily take care of it free of charge. I told her I could pick it up the following day but she insisted she can have it fixed within the hour. She made sure it wasn’t an inconvenience to my schedule to wait, and true to her word she had it fixed right away and also it was sparkling clean. She also provided a brand new case and bag as well. Everything was done with so much warmth, hospitality, and courtesy. Ruby truly values and cares about her customers!

Ruby was super helpful and helped me find just what I wanted. I came to her with a few pictures of ideas of what I wanted to achieve and she helped me create it. She turned my set into a whole new ring… and at an affordable price. Thanks Ruby. Coming back for one more creation.

Ruby is a very sweet lady! After reading the review, I decided to visit the place to find my earring. She is very friendly and helpful the very first time. I did not find the particular piece that I was looking for the first time but Ruby was very courteous and keep me posted on new inventories until we found what i was Looking for exactly. Not only that, she also gave me a really great price to make sure I walked away with what I really love. Most importantly, you can’t beat the price anywhere else! She also made custom jewelry, she made a necklace that I was looking for in only a few days. And it was brilliant!
