Subway

Not sure why I never wrote a review for this location, come here to get my breakfast from time to time when I am too lazy to drive further. Maybe this place is just mediocre although all the subways use the same ingredients and bread, but some Subway make better sandwiches and it’s all depending on the person that makes the sandwich, how they lay down the ingredients and how tight they roll the sandwiches, and that is all about how much that person care about what they are doing and also experience counts, but this location definitely is not it, therefore I only come here when it’s convenient.
The staff and management here is not the most impressive, they lack enthusiasm and it’s hard to understand the managers with that thick Indian accent, a few staff I ran into from time to time speak English but they all seem to not stay long, but I would not say they are rude, just not enthusiastic enough to make me want to love this location, and I feel that they are stingy when they make the sandwich, I find myself saying: can you please give me more of that? A lot ! And this does not happen elsewhere.
All and all its a 2 star, but I suppose it’s hard to find a 5 star Subway among all the different locations I have been to, perhaps only that one in Placentia, all because of the awesome staff they have behind the counter that made a difference.

I love subway and I go here all the time (bc it’s close to my work) but this location is so whack. I went in today and the lady making my sandwich kept touching trash (yes, TRASH) while wearing gloves… and then started to make my sandwich~ with the same gloves! WTF? Do I look like I want some trash bacteria sprinkled on my food? Are you too cheap to put on new gloves? B*tch, please. Of course, I said something to her… and she totally acted like she had no clue what I was saying. Oh, you don’t understand the words coming out of my mouth? Well then, here’s a nice lil review for you!

I hate this subway! They are so slow and very rude! Just one lady is rude name is manju or something

Sub– standard for Subway.
I like subway, and they always seem to be consistent across different locations. However, this one wasn’t quite as good. They’re skimpy on everything. My sandwich was bland and dry. All I could taste was the bread. I’ve only tried this place once, so maybe I just got the one bad apple.

No one seems to come here. Not sure if it’s bad business or cause no one knows it’s here. It’s clean fast and punctual. Can’t ask for much more. They have this new pomegranate/​strawberry tea which is great when mixed with lemonade.

This is one of the few Subways I will go to in my city. And here’s why:
This branch can get packed but for the most part it is usually empty and that’s a perk because I like to get my food quickly. I find that this subway has very fresh ingredients compare to others. However, I sometimes have trouble with the ladies that work here. They don’t listent to me. They put things inside my sandwich that I never said I wanted. If I say I want more meat, they ignore me. Another time, one lady drenched my sandwich in mayo. I was pretty upset and grossed out that I ended up throwing part of it away.
I’m willing to come here because of the proximity to my house and there are worst Subways out there.

When my girlfriend and I decide to have subway it is either between diamond bar location or here. I must say they normally make great sandwitches that are loaded with veggies but the clerk who made our sandwitch was very tight. I asked for a lot of tomatoes and cucumbers and the lady who wore a black shirt, the owner, was not generous at all. She only placed 2 more tomatoes on the full 6 foot sandwitch and when I asked for more on the rest of the sandwitch she said I already placed extra tomatoes.
I was dissatisfied and felt uncomfortable. Ill have my sandwitches made at another generous subway from now on.

I really enjoy eating at Subway. I come here at least once a week. I used to be even more obsessed with this place, coming almost everyday. When I come here, I always get the Italian BMT or the Meatball Marianna. At Subway, I like how there’s a variety of different sandwiches, breads, and vegetables to choose from.
Also, this particular Subway has the best employees. They’re very nice, and they always make me feel welcomed.

Super clean.

Came here for the last day of FebruAny and expected a line. Nope! Empty store. I totally understood why afterwards too. There was a man on his laptop behind the register, probably the owner, who looked up to see me come in and then proceeded to ignore me as I approached the bar. He didn’t bother to greet me or let me know someone would help me. Instead, I was greeted by a woman who was working in the back room (the back door was wide open) and she kindly hurried to the front to help me out.
Bad service + dingy atmosphere = last visit.

Don’t go here. It’s the worst subway i’ve been to, and unfortunately the one i go to most simply because the location’s more convenient at times.
They are the stingiest, rudest subway i’ve been to (and i’ve been to ones in different countries). If you ask for extra veggies (seriously, a few slices of tomatoes on a 12″ is not too much to ask for… you get a dirty look and maybe 1 extra slice…
Also, they don’t readily honor the subway promotions that they post up in the store! They’ll resist until you keep pointing it out that YES, the sandwich you just ordered IS supposed to be $ 5. IT’S ON YOUR SIGN. Just turn around and look (it took getting the supervisor involved for them to OK it). There are so many more instances of promotions they don’t want to honor… they do it with a grumpy look as if you now owe them something. Um… I’m not asking for a special favor…
Last time I went, the honey oat didn’t look like honey oat at all… i think they scraped the oats off to save on oats or something. there were like 5 specks… and the bread was super dry.
I love the one down colima across from the mall, and the one on nogales by bestway market is super generous and friendly.
Stay away from this one! they dont deserve their customers until they up their standard to the other subways around the world. I’ve simply had enough of this location, so i felt compelled to write this review!

It’s subway-​if you’ve been to one you’ve been to all of them. Nothing special here. However the new staff can be rude. There are these two ladies that are always chatting amongst themselves. Last time they were REALLY loud. They are very sloppy. I asked for honey mustard and she only squirted honey mustard in the middle of the sandwich. Really?

It’s subway. If you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all.
This place makes a good decent sized sandwich and they’re not sloppy about it otherwise… It’s Subway.

The servers here are relatively friendly, but depending when you go or who is working, you may get servers who are super cheap on the veggies they give you. I find that the male workers are more friendly and less moody than the female workers.
I came here before 9am once and I asked for a Spicy Italian sub but they didnt have the meats out, so my server (female) trudged toward the back and brought the meats. Guess she hated her job or was in a bad mood that morning! But there was another time a college student was working and automatically separated my footlong sub into two packages after we chatted and I mentioned that this was my lunch and dinner for the day. It was nice of him to make conversation with me and very thoughtful of him to split up the sandwich; usually the servers don’t give a hoot at 8:30 in the morning. =)
Over all, good subway. Plenty of parking and decent service!

These two sweet older Indian ladies are always super nice and helpful.
They have also been around for over ten years, like Happy Wok nearby.
Subway is Subway, what can I say? $ 5 subs, or the new $ 2 6″ specials they got going on. The added perk here is that they are really good about coupons or discount cards or whatever you might have.
You know some Subways are stingy and are NOT participating restaurants or whatever, but they always honor the discounts, which totally rocks!

I love Subway! Their food isn’t too bad, you get anything you want, and the servers are great. Oh, and it’s also healthy (but I care more about the taste than the health benefits hehe).
Here are some of my usual footlongs:
1. Tuna– I add swiss cheese, tomatoes, pepper, lettuce, spinach, avocadoes, ranch, mayo, cilantro, and toasted.
2. BBQ Pulled Pork– This one is melt in your mouth delicious. I add extra cheddar, avocadoes, spinach, mayo, and toasted.
3. Oven Roasted Turkey– I add extra swiss cheese, avocadoes, spinach, lettuce, cilantro, ranch, mayo, and toasted.
4. Subway Melt– It kind of reminds me of a BLT. I add ranch, thousand island dressing, avocadoes, american cheese, the usual veggies, and toasted.
5. Cookies– I love the cookies here. I prefer the M&M’s, double chocolate chip, and white chocolate macadamia. They’re always so soft in the center, yet firm on the outside. That’s just how I like my cookies.
6. Chips– They have Miss Vickie’s brand chips, Sunchips, Hot Cheetos, and others. I love chips so it doesn’t matter which one I grab.
My family also enjoys their Meatball Marinara, Philly Cheesesteak, and Italian BMT. I have a friend that always gets his footlong with Italian BMT and Tuna (costs an extra $ 1), but he says it’s the best. I’ve never tried it though. My aunt finds their flat bread to work very well with the melted cheese. It’s her favorite bread to get it in. My other family members also enjoy the Italian bread, Spicy Jalapeño Cheddar bread, and the Omega 3 Wheat bread.
Well, the servers here are usually Indian and they make an effort to get your order right. Sometimes I can tell that they’re annoyed because of all the people in line though.

All my bad experiences occurred with the night crew… They really need some improvement

A friendly staff here makes this the best subway in the area.
Plenty of seats and they do not hold out on the meat.

What can I say? I love subway and I am just a sandwich kind of a guy. This subway in particular is cool because it is about 1 mile away from my house so I tend to go to this one more when I am just craving a fresh sandwich for lunch. Woot woot!

I might be a tad biased since i worked here.
The cookies are bomb, as always. I try to give the customer the largest cookie of the lot because cookies make everything better. :D
