Came in 10÷31÷15 around 8:20 a.m. I had to wait after two cars first but when he did check mine it took 10 – 15 min. Place takes cash and credit card.
Place is easy to find. It’s in the same plaza where Jack in the box is. Price still fine if you forget to use a coupon. Gave clear instructions to register online as well.

5÷4÷15. Today he wont honor retest cos of Unilocal.I went in for the retest for which i already paid $ 41.75 as consideration on ⁴⁄₂₅. On 4/​25, I paid that $ 41.75 even when I told him not to test if it’s not ready, AND you determine that by running a cable from car to computer, it will state NOT READY, NOT running a full smog to charge me $ 41.75, sure it’s going to fail!!! You are the smog pro. The contract he wrote stated 11.25 for a retest.
Today hell froze over he refused to honor his own contract he wrote unless I remove my Unilocal review RIGHT NOW. YOU DON’T INTIMIDATE ME — SO YOU THINK I AM A WOMAN PREGNANT YOU FREAKING BULLY– MY GRANDMA’S GOT MORE ATTITUDE THAN YOU. I think you are dangerous and i should make a police report. He challenged me to complain to bureau of automotive repairs, call police or leave. He refused to refund me $ 41.75 or do any retest.
News for u: how do you silence Unilocalers by bullying, you took my money and you don’t even honor your retest contract. You have no respect for your customers. You don’t intimidate Unilocalers! You bullied a pregnant woman!!! Horrible shop!!! keep my $ 41.75 cheat me, karma and the law will get you back!!!

I was in and out for just less than 10 mins. Sam was a very nice guy. If you get a coupon through penny saver, the out the door price is $ 33 if you psi with cash.

Lowered car friendly! Took my car Saturday morning 5 minutes before they opened and there was no wait. My car needed a star certification (which is extra) but Sam charged me the regular smog price — $ 33 cash price with coupon from the penny saver. In and out in under 20 minutes. Great experience. Will definitely come back.

That dreaded time of the year again. Time for a smog check and registration renewal fees. Smog Pros made what I thought would be a long and grueling process very fast and pleasant.
Went across the street to the Mobil station to get a price quotes only to be told it would cost $ 40+ to get it done. I have a 2007 Honda Accord EX Coupe. So I decided to give Smog Pros a call and spoke to a polite gentleman who quoted me $ 33 and said it would only take 10 minutes because there was nobody waiting at the time. This was late Monday afternoon.
Drove up to the shop and was done in what felt like 5 minutes! Awesome! Both of the gentleman working there were polite and friendly. We even struck up in conversation before I left. I read others saying there are coupons available, but even without coupons I found the price very affordable. Remember, CASH ONLY.
Smog Test Fee $ 24.71 + State Certificate $ 8.25 (standard) = $ 32.96 (Paid $ 33)

This place sucks. The employees here are rude and mean. I wanted to take a picture and write a review on Unilocal and the guys were going crazy saying that I can’t take a picture because it’s a private area. Are you insanely crazy? He said he’s gonna call the cops! Oh no thank you I’ll get the cops on the phone for you! Taking pictures is MY freedom and I can post it on Unilocal and give you a bad review for all these bs. Charge $ 49.75 for first test and $ 21.75 retest and 8.25 for the certificate. This place is robbing the hell out… What’s all the 75 cent and 25 cent for? 21.75 for RETEST?! And I get meanies bullying me for the price I’m paying. Straight up assh*oles. I hate places with bad customer services and thinking they are the shit. I hate the attitude of the people here. The office is messy and definitely not clean. The environment here just sucks. I will never ever come to this place ever again!

Despite what the coupons say he will tell you oh your car is 2.5L or a Vwhatever and says its more expensive. From $ 20 up to $ 38. Also he doesn’t appear to even test the car at all he just sat on his computer for 10 minutes.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! First of all there are different prices depending on the type of car you have… He doesnt honor the coupons you fnd online or the local penny saver. Was already worried i wouldnt pass, and if your worried as well chances are you will fail like me. Felt he was trying to fail me literally on my 2006 accord with a couple hard revs before he started. Needless to say i had to come back for a retest… Waste of time!!!

Just got my car smogged — passed! Yea! In and out in about 20 minutes. Went on a Wed. at 11:30. No wait at all. You can sit outside and wait or I think you can go inside the lobby for the car service place next door. Guy there is all business. Didn’t have a problem. I was courteous and he was also. I think we’re so use to all the fawning we receive from people that expect a tip. This is just a place to go for a smog check — that’s it. Don’t expect more. After reading about some people being ripped off at test and repair centers, I decided to go to a test only place. Worked out fine.

Came on a Saturday, it was a 2 hour wait because there were lots of cars, so hopefully you have someone that can pick you up. I printed the coupon that someone below had posted a link of, and the total cost was $ 30 cash for a 2005 car. Great price!

This is definitely the place to go for your smog check needs if you’re in the Rowland area. We’ve been coming here for many years and it’s always been top notch service here with no BS fees added. It’s located on the corner of Nogales/​Colima next to the Jack in the back/​automative plaza.
There normal price is $ 29.95 + cert fees which comes out to $ 35 out the door (credit card) for most cars. Look out for the coupon in the penny saver or on there website for $ 5 off coupons for even more discounts.
As a couple reviews mentioned they also give discount for paying in cash. Definitely come early or alittle later especially on there most busiest days on Saturday. They can usually do two cars at a time at about 15 – 20 minutes per car.

No wait at 5pm. No BS lol. Make sure show the coupon FIRST. Get it form the website. Will be back for my other toy. +$ 5 for SUV.
Oh also, if you have aftermarket intake, better be ready for the CARB sticker on the intake otherwise slap the stock one.
