I called and I made an appointment with them and they did not show up or even give me a call that they won’t be able to make it. When I called about 3 times, no answer.
I even asked the girl who took my appointment «do I have to call when my appointment is about to come up?» And she said «no, because he’ll give you a call when he’s arrived at your place– the OWNER will meet you» I thought wow, they are amazing. And when time came, no one showed up. I waited for an hour and still no show. I still have received a phone call or anything.
It’s unfortunate that these days, I’m more surprised that they show up to appointments… I would not recommend this place for people that want things done.
If I could, I’d give them no stars– since they didn’t even do anything

I recommend Ruiz Landscaping. We just had our front yard and back yard grass changed to rocks and plants and was very happy with the work. Tito was very responses to any changes and concerns we had. His price was also very reasonable. Would use him again in any future work.

They are awesome. I saved their phone number, and they will be the first one I go to when I need any help. Called them noon and they call me back let me know someone will be at my door 2pm. 2:02pm and the guy are here. Being punctual is very helpful to built up customer relations. Anyway, he fixed my sprinklers in no time and actually for free, provided that i already had all the parts. Nice guy and nice company.

We found Tito on Unilocal,and very happy we did. Our project was completed a couple of months ago, and i’m delayed in posting this. We did a lot of work in front, side and back of our house. We removed majority of our grass, installed pavers everywhere, installed a low wall in front and back, and landscaping as well. We have a patio cover and lighting now which we love. Tito’s crew worked very fast, and were professional and courteous. Very hard working, and efficient. We were impressed mostly with Tito because he was always available when we had questions or concerns. He comes over right away to help meet our needs or resolve any problems. We kept changing our minds about what material to use for our low walls and pavers, and Tito was patient and accommodating the entire time. He advises, but never pushy. He is very kind and respectful, listens to our ideas and follows through. He is completely trustworthy. My husband and I felt reassured from the start, and now more than satisfied with the outcome. We are grateful for Tito and his crew. We are enjoying our beautiful yard thanks to them. Thank you Tito! You are really the best! We will be contacting you again when we decide to remodel our bathrooms!

My daughter’s 18^th bday is fast approaching and the landscape and planters in our backyard looks horrible. We are talking 4 wks before the big day… We contacted a few landscaping companies and we were not happy with the quotes and the work itself. My husband saw Ruiz landscaping on Unilocal with 5 Stars… Tito made it appoint to stop by the same day. He even did the planters of one of the houses down the street. Tito met the deadline he gave us which is a week before my daughter’s bday. How awesome is that? The vinyl fences in front of my house was also installed by them.

When we bought our house it was in mostly great condition but the backyard was an eyesore. It had a nice overhead patio but with old, pink, cracked concrete covered by an old rug. The yard was basically a sea of woodchips with a large old shed that we hated. So when we decided to redo our backyard we knew it was going to be a huge project. We initially got three estimates and were pretty impressed with all three of the contractors who came out. But, one estimate came in significantly lower and so we decided to go with Tito Ruiz’s estimate.
From the beginning, Tito was very responsive, professional and easy to work with. He got the initial estimate to us very quickly and as soon as we were ready Tito’s crew was able to start the work. His employees were also very professional, did very good work and always cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I couldn’t stop talking about the excellent workmanship in every aspect of the job. In total, they removed all our unwanted landscaping and large shed, installed a new paver patio, installed planter area with tropical plants, new sod throughout the backyard, planted fruit trees, new sprinkler and irrigation system throughout the backyard, replaced fence on one side of the yard, installed new wrought iron gates in front of house and installed a new tree and some flowers in our front yard planter (a tree there before had fallen down recently in a storm). They even completed the project before the anticipated date which we were very happy about!
Throughout the project I called, emailed and texted Tito to go over some of the fine details of the project to make sure everything was perfect. He always got back to me right away. I was particular about the types of trees and plants I wanted and Tito was able to come through with everything. Throughout the project he caught a few things that he wasn’t really 100% happy about and fixed them; these were things I hadn’t even thought of! It really felt like Tito wanted the end result to be just as perfect as I did! He made the whole experience for me as low stress as it could possibly be.
My husband and I want to replace our concrete driveway with pavers next year and will definitely be calling Tito! I highly recommend you contact him for any landscaping/​masonry work you need done. You will be happy with not only the price but the entire experience.

This review is about the owner, Tito. I requested for an estimate on a concrete job in the backyard. He responded promptly, always showed up on time to go over the project details with me. We ended up having a change of heart about the project and needed to put money elsewhere. He responded very professionally and with kindness. I appreciate contractors like Tito and definitely would request his service in the future for any landscaping and mason needs.

There was only one car front driveway when I bought the house a year ago. It’s so inconvenient my wife and I had to back up the car every single day. We wanted to park parallelly so I began researching a good construction company. They did a fantastic job. The work is very detailed and they match the existing driveway. I highly recommend Tito and his Ruiz construction company.

Probably like most of you reading this review I try to investigate as much as possible of who I’m thinking about hiring, so when I say I’m extremely pleased with everything about process of attaining estimate to the work that Tito and his crew did it carries a lot of extra weight behind it.
It was hard not to notice all positive reviews that were full of praise and reasonable pricing, so that is what first caught my attention. Once I talked to him on phone and then met with him it was pretty much a done deal even though I did contact several other highly recommended contractors. I never felt pressured and I was very comfortable talking to him and going over different options and suggestions. My impression throughout the process of first contact was his genuineness and fairness — I don’t think I could give much higher praise. He was always prompt in calling, very accessible, and excellent and thorough on the work his crew completed.
The actual work he did was to repair the front of my property where an errant driver drove up the sloped planter area in front of my house. This front of this planter areas is a 2 ½ ft high retaining wall topped with specialty brick which was heavily damaged, along with sprinklers and plants. If you came by now and were standing directly in front of it you would never know there was a repair done. In addition, I had the section below the retaining wall that was another skinny long irregular section along the whole retaining all cleared out and had the same type brick topping used to fill that area in. He had his brick layer use a beautiful pattern that really sets off this front yard section.
I highly recommend giving Tito a least a call for estimate, so you can judge for yourself. I sincerely believe you would be just as impressed.

You can’t go wrong with Tito Ruiz He is honest, fair, punctual and reliable. I recommend him highly. We did a large landscaping job with Tito and his crew. It included artificial turf, cement work, flower beds, sprinklers, a fire pit, a hammock, removing a 40 foot tree and planting a new one and hanging a large outdoor TV. When the TV didn’t work he told me to call him when I got a replacement and he’d have someone come to hang it. He already had done his part. It wasn’t his fault the TV didn’t work. But he offered to come back at no charge. He and his crew finished early. We have the best yard in the neighborhood. Thanks Tito!
I recently (¹⁰⁄₂₀₁₄) asked Tito to come back to update something else. He dd so quickly and for no charge. His landscaping has held up beautiful. It is now been nearly 8 months since he finished and it looks as amazing as the day he and his crew put it in.

AMAZING.
That’s what I have to say in one word with what Tito and his Team have done with my backyard. I’m lucky to have a great view from my backyard but I never really wanted to go back there because it was a more or less a wasteland of dead or dying grass and an old BBQ island that I wouldn’t dare cook anything off of because it was so gross.
So I finally came to the conclusion (and financial savings, which is probably most important!) that I need to do something with the backyard so that it becomes a place I want to relax in. And that’s where Tito and his Team came in!
From the first phone call to him (as I found him on Unilocal) to the first prompt meeting to discuss my vision, Tito was extremely courteous, professional and honest! I met with a few other landscapers but I knew I wanted to work with Tito.
So as I gave him my vision, he had one of his guys put together a 3D image of what that vision looks like with some great input. I was expecting a crappy 3D rendering but the pictures they made were amazing. I later wanted to add a waterfall and pond, and those 3D pictures were amazing as well!
I also let Tito know I was under a budget and he was EXTREMELY accommodating to it and I would be very safe to say he gave me some excellent prices that would be very hard to beat.
And so then came the beginning of the project. From Day 1, his Team was professional and you can tell they put a lot of passion in the work they do. I had some questions/​concerns throughout the project (i’m very picky!) and every time I emailed Tito, I would always get a prompt response and many times a prompt visit! I was extremely impressed at how much he cares for his customer!
And even though Tito gives a really good bargain, the quality of work is amazing (see pictures!!). The first go around with the stamped concrete had a few cracks in it and Tito was not going to let it go… he immediately had it all removed (this was another project on its own, if you could imagine taking out a whole backyard of concrete!) and redone to ensure perfection. This is a testament that Tito stands behind the quality of his work!
His Team went above and beyond as they also took care of other things in the backyard without me even asking. I had a bbq island delivered and they even helped with moving it into place even though it should have been the company that delivered it responsibility!
Tito even gave me some great advice on add-​ons (i.e. ceiling fans for the patio cover, misters, etc) that my friends were amazed with.
And then there was the waterfall and pond. Again AMAZING (see pictures!). I was a little concerned since I know ponds was not something they specialized in, but I took the risk and it was worth it! All of my friends and family love it! I already have koi in it which are thriving!
I could go on and on with how much I appreciated Tito and his Team’s service. There are so many little stories that would make this review into a novel. The final product has made my backyard into another room that I now hang out in. I had 40 guests over last night and EVERYONE was also amazed.
If you need a landscaper, do not look ANY further. Integrity and Quality is what you get with Ruiz Landscaping!

We are so pleased with the concrete work in our backyard! Tito offered a fair price with outstanding service and quality work. He made some suggestions as the work progressed to better meet our needs. Everything came out better than we expected. His workers were skilled, always on time, and very polite. We bought a house a little over a year ago but were waiting to throw a house warming party because, well frankly, we were just ashamed of our ugly back yard. At the beginning of this year we decided to give it a makeover and called three different companies for quotes. Tito was the most reasonable and with his great reviews on Unilocal,the job was his. I have used Tito and his crew for three separate projects. The first was repairing the non functional sprinkler system at my home recently after I purchased it. He and his crew were always kind and professional and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I was so impressed that I hired them to do a full bathroom remodel. Their attention to detail and willingness to work with me made the experience a pleasure. The last project was painting the entire exterior of my home. The job was done with attention to detail. They also completed small repairs, which were not requested, and did not ask for any additional money. They take true pride in their work. We had Tito install brick and stone planters, retaining wall, walkways and concrete slab in our front and back yard. He also did a fantastic job of installing drainage and sprinklers.
What made this such a great experience was Tito’s great attitude and attention to detail. He is so easy to talk to, listens carefully to what you want, and had several great suggestions that really enhanced the look and feel of our landscaping.
Ruiz landscaping is very reasonably price, especially for the high quality of work. His crew was always on time and did a thorough cleanup and the end of each day. The work was completed on schedule and we could not be more satisfied with final results.

Tito and his crew did another great job this time around. We had our backyard remodeled with a combination of concrete, pavers, and bullnose bricks. Please checkout the before and after pictures that I will be putting up after this update.
I want to leave some feedback for both Tito and his future customers. Communication is essential from both parties to make it a good working relationship… especially during the duration of the project. Homeowners, be very clear what you would like to see and Tito will do his best to get you there. A message to Ruiz Landscaping that has been a good experience with other vendors is itemizing in more detail what work will be done. This will avoid some ambiguity.
Other than that, my wife and I are very pleased with the work. The prices he give are very fair and the job he does is pretty darn good.
Feel free to give them a call and see what he can do for you. It does not hurt at all.

I needed a drip irrigations system to be installed in my backyard and someone fix many of the other mistakes that my prior contractor had left behind. Tito was very friendly and knowledgeable with what our needs. The work was in a timely manner and very professional. Reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend
