Sooo good! Chicken wings hot out of the infrared oven, marinated just right: soy saucy, garlicky, with a little kick of spiciness that makes this chicken truly finger-lickin’ worthy. $ 10 gets you 10 whole wings(as opposed to the places that separate wings into 2 parts), or an entire chicken. There are also drumsticks and boneless versions, but I haven’t tried them yet. Your order comes with 2 dipping sauces(there are 5 or 6, but I like the volcano, which is fairly spicy and my mom totally digs the honey mustard, which is pretty tasty, too). They also have BBQ chicken, which is sauced according to your taste. The sauce runs from mild all the way up to something that’ll set your hair on fire before the chicken even touches your lips. Yikes! The small tub of pickled daikon that comes with the chicken helps with that, but not enough. The menu lists other Korean food, too, but I’ve only had the yookejang(which is $ 5 currently). It’s not bad, and rounds out a meal of otherwise only chicken pretty well. Off the top of my head, they also have kalbi soup(which I’ll have to try one of these days), kimchee soup(I think), and udon. They open daily at 11 a.m., and close at 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday. As with the other location of VNS Chicken, they’re located inside the Galleria market. There is a small counter w/fancy plastic stools, but if you don’t want to eat with your back to an entire market, then you’re gonna have to take the food to go.
