I spent over $ 2000 to have the Temper Shield product by Utility Improvements put in my attic over my original installation. IT HAS NOT SAVED ME ENERGY OR ENERGY COSTS. I believe this is a scam or Utility Improvements is not making the product they advertise. I have sent Utility Improvements all the required documentation and requested a refund per their guarantee, BUT THEY DO NOT RESPOND OR EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. That should tell you something. There are already 3 complaints on the BBB site and I would guess a whole lot more if people would follow through and file claims.
