Although this place is great, has lots of variety and options for grain and grain free foods. Great bones and toys. The staff aren’t very friendly, I’ve been in several times and never get a welcome greeting, and hardly get asked if I need help with something. Their products are great but there prices a very high! There toys are doubled in mark up. I have found better prices online.
UPDATE: the owner personally apologized and assured me that the issue of costumer service would be addressed. Willing to give this Store another chance!

Great natural pet supply store. They somehow always seem to have the dog food we need in stock — most other places don’t carry the brand and type of dog food we want (Tucker’s frozen patties), or if they do, the flavor we need somehow tends to be out of stock more often than anything else (which is important for us because our dog has food sensitivities). They are also significantly cheaper here than the place we used to get them at when we lived in California, and the discount that comes with the membership is an extra plus.
We haven’t bought anything else there yet, so I’m not sure how the pricing is for other products compared to other similar stores. But the facilities are clean and organized and the staff are always friendly and love to greet furry visitors!

Tomlinson’s is a very interesting pet store. The staff was very friendly and the layout is quite nice in the store. The prices are why I gave it 3 stars. They are much higher than most other pet stores, or online prices.

Was in the are today and thought I’d stop in for some Whimzee dog chews for our pups. They charge 50% above any other place. Get with the program guys and price match. What happened? Just 5 years ago the 49 ½ st location had excellent prices and their pet club was actually worth it, even if it was $ 15 a year. To boot, they stopped selling the cat food my mom used to buy here. Back to the feed stores and online it is.

I was directed here during my most recent visit to Austin after telling someone my dog’s birthday was coming up and I wanted to get her something you can’t get in California. Enter Tomlinson’s. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous to an out-​of-​towner. Snagged the dog a beef knuckle and tendon — she is a very happy girl!

I bring my pup here almost every week. They carry my brands of grain free cat and dog food, also treats, toys, and all the other supplies you’d expect.
As soon as we pull in to the shopping center, my puppy knows where we are and starts her excited crying. One of the store clerks described Tomlinson’s perfectly as «the dog candy store» :) which fits well because we usually get a few marrow bones while we’re there.

I am a momma of three awesome dogs. I try to provide the best for them and Im glad Tomlinson offers a variety of treats, dog food and carries most of my pet supply needs. It isn’t cheap and you may find a better deal online but Tomlinson accepts opened packages of dog food if your dog doesnt care for it. So I would gladly shell out the extra dough if it means getting to interact with the staff who actually knows what they are talking about.
I havent had any issues at this location. The staff here are friendly and I havent returned any of their recommendations yet.

Staff is always very nice here. Glad they built a Tomlinsons in this area very few people carry the dog food my dog eats. They also have a good selection of healthy treats beyond your typical rawhide bones the big box stores carry.

They could not have been any nicer or more helpful. They recommended a money savings, higher quality cat food that I picked up today.
Seemed to really know their stuff and isn’t that always a relief when people can listen to your needs and provide options for you?

We are so excited to have a Tomlinson’s so close by. Not only do they carry a huge variety of healthy food and treat options for my pets, but they also support animal rescue. As a volunteer for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, I am so happy that they have invited us to feature our adoptable pets! What a great addition to Round Rock!
