Head technician and owner of The Computer Repair Connection, Juan has made a name for himself at every computer company he had worked for. With a degree in Electronics Technology obtained in 2003 and over ten years in the computer industry, Juan is highly qualified for any major computer repair possible. Having over ten thousand repairs under his belt, it is likely that he has worked on every make and model laptop and desktop available.
