Had a phone issue, called sprint, got the run around, and decided to go visit this location. The wait time was less than 10 minutes, and I was able to talk to a sprint employee the entire time while tech worked its magic. Keep up the great customer service, and a big«thank you» to Bruce!

I want to thank Steve, EJ, Rayman aka Chris Pratt, Bruce, and Sharre for helping me out today. They are great examples of customer service! I walked in and immediately was greeted by Steve who has helped me for the past few days setting me up with my phone plan and ordering a new phone. Steve calls me a few days later letting me know that my phone is here. I came in and he was very busy but he still acknowledged me and EJ took his place and helped me get my phone set up. He was very helpful and and very professional. I went to the front desk and I was introduced to Raymond, Bruce and Sharre and all of them were so friendly! They went above and beyond for me even after helping so many people before me. I do recommend this Sprint store for future customers. Instead of treating you like a number they really treat you like a customer and they will get to know you on a respectable personal level to establish a professional relationship. I really appreciate all the help that everyone has given me. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service :) Over the course of the last two weeks I spoke with Ryan the assistant manager, Alicia and John the repair tech, and all three of them were so patient with me and answered all my questions. I recommend going to this store if you appreciate quality customer service!

Friendly and knowledgeable! Great tech service, awesome reps !! Tech service is open between 10am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday and 10am –5 on Saturday. They allow you to call and make an appointment to see sales representatives at 512−931−2803. Ask for Natalie !!

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! STAYFARFARAWAY! My boyfriend and I arrived a little bit before 2:00pm on a Monday afternoon. The only other customers that were in the store were 2 girls, and 1 of them was buying a new phone. The girl was already being helped when we walked in the store. The experience started off alright. A sales guy greeted us and asked us about the problems my boyfriend was having with his phone. We explained the issues. Then it started to go downhill. He says well, since you don’t have insurance, we can’t do anything. I said hey, can we just have a tech look at it and see if it’s an easy fix? He says okay, then grabs a piece of paper to write our info down. Then he asks us to wait around until the tech was done helping the girl buy a new phone(since they only had one tech working). We spent the next 45+ minutes watching the tech and the same sales guy who greeted us flirting with these 2 girls. At least the tech was doing his job, albeit extremely slow because he was too busy talking. Finally, around 2:50pm, another sales guy walks up to us and says that the tech will be taking a lunch break for an hour and a half. EXCUSEME??? Y’ALLDIDN’T WANTTOTELLUSTHATAFTERWEWALKEDINANDEXPLAINEDOURPROBLEMSSOWEDIDN’T JUSTWASTEANHOUROFOURTIMEWAITING??? My boyfriend just grabbed his phone off the table, and after some yelling at the salespeople, we walked out. The customer service here is absolutely non-existent, unless you have a vagina and are semi-attractive. 4 employees were there, and apparently they thought 2 of them had to help ONEGIRL buy a phone. Meanwhile, the other 2 were doing whatever. In the hour we were there, NOT A SINGLEEMPLOYEE talked to us after the intial check-in. SPRINT, you’ve lost a long-time customer because you did NOTHING to rectify our terrible experience in your store.

Not very helpful. Said that the problem with my phone was the battery and I should replace it, but when I checked in at another place, they fixed the problem easily and didn’t charge or try to charge my anything.

Terrible pushy service. Convinced us to sign up for wireless home phone for a $ 100 discount on upgraded cell phone, after we told them we didn’t need it because we didn’t get very good signal with our cell phone at our house. The sales boy was insistent it would work and to make a long story short we had to get our land line back after spending several hours on the phone complaining and we had to send back the wireless box and spend $ 25 out of our pocket to mail by UPS. Then the same sales boy calls and then says he would have to charge us the $ 100 for the discount when it was his fault in the first place. SMH

I just wanted to pop in here and commend this location, particularly the tech representative Ramiro. After an unpleasant experience at another Sprint store(basically just telling me to go somewhere else with my phone issues), Ramiro took ownership of my technical problems. Thanks to this store, I was able to get my Samsung Galaxy S4 replaced after I had nearly given up. I really appreciate that Ramiro went the extra distance for me. Thanks to these rare encounters that I have sometimes, I will be staying on with Sprint for the foreseeable future.

We have had Sprint service for 10+ years, and i’ve been in several of the area stores. This one is right by where my son works, so we’ve had to stop in a couple of times lately. Worst. Service. Ever. They have no clue what a customer is and how they should be treated. Stopped just short of calling me a liar when i mentioned a promotion that should be used on my upgrade — had to pull up my account on line and show it to them. Horrible store, horrible service. Take the time to drive to another location before dealing with these jokers.
