Solar Pro Custom Tint

Very friendly owners/​operators. They did great work and are very flexible with time and finances. Main thing I liked is they didn’t try to «up-​sale» me. They suggested the proper style of tint for my generation mustang, which was less expensive and more era appropriate than newer style and makes of tint.
Will take other vehicles there for sure.

Hand down, Solar Pro knocks it out of the park everytime. I have used Danny multiple times and I have always been pleased with his customer service, and his top notch work!

Just had my 2015 Civic done. It was 0900 and they were just walking in with their coffees ready to start the day. Sarah explained the options to me and within minutes I had a choice and Danny had the car in the garage. It took about an hour. Danny went over with me the post-​tint rules and I was on my way. The tint is very well done! Prices are a little higher than others in the area, especially if you get a local groupon, but I wanted it done right so I didn’t have to deal with cracking or peeling. Even if the tint cracks/​peels, any suntek dealer can fix it.
The only thing I was suggest is to give the waiting room a little makeover, but it had a TV and stuff… no popcorn at 0900 though :-(.

I love that it’s a local business owned by a wife & husband team. Sarah explained all the options very clearly and helped me choose the best one. Danny did a phenomenal job tinting the windows on my 2014 Mazda and gave it that sporty look I always wanted. Prices were affordable and I plan on coming back to get my windshield done too. Plus, the tint I got has a lifetime warranty!

Excellent work on re-​tinting both my vehicles (a car and mid-​SUV). I was so happy with the work, I had them come out and tint my entire house. It’s been a year now, and all my tinting is still pristine.

I just got my car tinted and I cant believe how good the prices are. I got my 335i bmw convertible done for 159.00 and thats with 3M tint and lifetime warranty. I checked for prices all around town and all started for around 240+ for the same grade 3M tint.

As other reviewers have said, great customer service and great results. My Camry came out looking great! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I just purchased another car. I was going to go where I had got my tint done before but I decided to look around for a better price because they had gone up on theirs. I came across the reviews on Solar pro on Unilocal and I was looking at another guy. Both reviews were great but the other guy had 1 bad review… I decided against him because ironically my stomachs were in knots, like my gut was talking to me, when I contacted him. I didn’t feel that way when I contacted Solar. The wife was wonderful and nice on the phone and Danny was very personable. I had my little dog with me and he even provided a little bowl just in case he wanted some water. It took exactly an hour and I am satisfied with my choice. Glad I listened to my gut!

The best experience I have had with Window tinting. I call and made an appointment, and they were ready for me when I got there with no delay, no hassle, or pressure sale. They also have wifi which helped me get some work done. The service was fast, clean, and very professional. Highly recommend them.

I went to Solar Pro Custom Tint after reading the great reviews on Unilocal,and I was not disappointed. I was looking for a local business close to home to get some tinting done on my car. I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon to get a quote, and Sarah was there to explain all of my different options. No sales pressure, or upselling attempts, just good, honest information.
I still wanted to read more online about the different films available, and was able to set up an appointment for the following day without being required to commit to a specific tint. Danny answered the rest of my questions when I showed up for my appointment, again with no sales pressure of upselling attempts. I felt confident leaving my car in his hands, and in the decision I made for the tint (SunTek CXP 35 all around). Danny told me the job would be about an hour, and I was able to relax in the lobby with their free wi-​fi and get some work done while I waited.
Sure enough, an hour later the job was done and it was amazing! The tint really improved the look of my car, and will certainly help out in the upcoming summer heat. I was happy that I had supported a local Round Rock business, and more than happy with the work that was done. A lifetime manufacturer’s warranty was included with the film, complete with the serial number for each roll that was used on my car.
All in all, if you are looking for a professionally run, local tint shop for your car, this is the place to go!

I came here today to get the windows tinted on my work car and I’m glad I went with them. Danny and Sarah are very likable people.
At the time of this review the price for a 4 door car was $ 149+ tax.

Thank you for your kind n friendly personality and your welcoming business. I went to another place in Austin and was quoted a price and changed once I got there. I called Solar Pro and they got me in the same day and their prices beat the quote I got from the other place! I will tell my friends and family about this place and will use them again in a heart beat for any other cars I have. Thank you again for everything!

Danny is a super nice guy, and does great work. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did on my car. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get their windows tinted. He does great work, and at a great price.

I hate to sound like a broken record (sorry to those that don’t understand the reference), but the other reviews are correct. Danny and Solar Pro do a great job. What sets him apart is his personable nature. Other companies I spoke with were very quick to upsell me. Danny to the time to explain the positives and negatives of each film. And there was no pressure to spend more.
I would recommend to anyone.

Had the car windows done. Even front windshield. Very happy. Then had 3 curved windows in front bedroom tinted. Cut the sun and heat in there. Great people. Would recommend. He did a great job. Want to get more windows tinted in house.

Danny was awesome, he showed up on the decided time to my place very welcoming and friendly. He put everything together with the precision of a seasoned tinting veteran, which made sense when I later found out how long he has been in the business. I had an old tinting job done by some un-​professional people and he kindly pointed out what he was going to do better and different. The finished product was great and I was extremely satisfied with his all around workmanship.

We had our home windows tinted by Solar Pro and they look awesome. Danny and Sarah were here on time, very professional and friendly and very neat and clean with the work they did. Not only do the windows look great but I am amazed by the reduction of heat in the house, and it was 90 degrees today. The price was very reasonable too. I would recommend them to my best friend!!!
