In my opinion, this company is great for Landlords, as they may just use the security deposits of their tenants to do routine maintenance and upkeep. The may give you the property in poor condition and expect you to improve it, or you pay the HOA fines, etc… Don’t touch the walls, even if they leave touch up paint for you… you will pay for it. If you have to lease from this company, cover your ass, otherwise find one of the many other companies that do a good job. In the twenty plus years of different rentals and apartments I have never lost any of my security deposit until dealing with these scum.
