Established in 2009.

Penny Crow of Operational Strategies has assisted organizations of all sizes and in various industries for over 15 years. She has worked primarily in the healthcare field, but has found that all types of businesses share similar goals and objectives, and have similar strategic and operational needs. Penny also works with a network of skilled colleagues who have broad expertise in many areas of business.
