Mustang Storage -Boat, RV & Self Storage

We were thrilled with the office manager, Jen. She showed us everything and helped us through the process. We rented a space for six months and felt comfortable leaving our Airstream travel trailer and Lexus at this beautiful location. She also helped us get a ride to the airport. Mustang is a prime new facility catering to RV/​boat owners. It has everything going for it, beating the competition by miles. There are acres of covered, lighted RV parking with trickle 115VAC power at every slot, to keep your batteries charged. At Lockaway Storage in Manor, there is no power, so your batteries drain and have a shortened life.
Each covered section has the ability to turn on extra lighting above the low-​powered night lights in case you’re loading, unloading, hitching in the dark.
There are electronic birds-​of-​prey squawks that go off periodically, discouraging pigeon nesting. Only a few tweeters are seen. –The last place I stored my trailer, Lockaway had a huge pigeon and blackbird (Great-​tailed Grackle) problem so bad there were literally, I mean LITERALLY piles of droppings on and around the rigs.
Security cameras everywhere. New cyclone fencing topped with barbed wire — This is unlike Lockaway who has plastic fences that can easily be hopped over.
You must punch in AND punch out, preventing fence-​hoppers from stealing RVs.
Fresh water, air, and dumping station. –You won’t find that at Lockaway Storage.
Open 24 hrs — so you can hit the road early. Lockaway is open 6am-​10pm, unless you call and make arrangements ahead of time Ugh…
No shady characters — Lockaway has a lot of shady people doing heavy maintenance on their tractor trailers or dropping off their yard maintenance equipment, all eyeballing you and your stuff.
Excellent value — You get all these amenities and a price that’s the same or even lower — if you prepay for a year — than Lockaway.

My daughter is a student at Southwestern University and since she is from out-​of-​state we found we needed a place to store her belonging during summer break. This is the second year we are renting space at Mustang Storage to store her car and personal belonging. The facility is secure and clean. The location and price is great. Jen the office manager is especially helpful, professional and polite.

Very happy with Mustang storage. Very clean, paved facility with several storage options at an affordable price. Storing my boat here and she seems to be happy. Lol. 24 hour access, power on select units, gated and no shady people driving around. Come check out Mustang.

This is top notch establishment, and true example of you get what you pay for. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The facility is extremely well kept and was clearly planned with larger RV’S in mind. I have a 40′ RV and found plenty of room to manuver around the covered parking. The free water/​air/​dump station is a fantastic bonus!

Very nice and secure facility. The owners are very helpful. The facilities have easy access for big trailers/​RV. They have on site water and sewage dump which is very handy for last minute clean out. Covered parking for all size units. Over a year and are still very satisfied.

I was looking for covered storage for our 32′ travel trailer, and I was VERY pleased to have found Mustang today. It’s a new facility near my home, with ample space (my parking space is 40′ long by 12.5′ wide). They have camera surveillance, 24-​hour gated access, free air/​water if needed, and a very professional owner/​manager.
