Merit Tree Service

Merit gave my wife a price to cut down two trees, clean up our oaks and trim our crêpe myrtles. I work at night and they did this work while I was asleep. When I woke up and asked my wife what kind of job they did, she told me they didn’t trim the crêpe myrtles because they were too close to the power lines and told her it was against the law and only the utility company could trim them. I asked her if they lowered the price since they didn’t do the work and she said no. We called the number on the business card and also sent an email but got no response to either. If they couldn’t cut the crêpe myrtles then why did they charge us for this work.
Will definitely never use them again and will tell others of my bad experience.
