Went in with a long list of things I needed for a special needs dance my company was donating to and didn’t even know where to begin. Hobby Lobby employee AJ was near the front door and when I showed him the list he took me to every department to find each item. 20 min. we were done. Appreciate the great customer service.

Hobby Lobby has just about anything you would need for arts & crafts. It can be a little difficult to navigate the huge store to find what you are looking for — and staff is always in short supply — but they do have a wide selection of ready made crafts for décor. I like how they display finished projects at the beginning and end of the components aisles for each craft. Prices are higher than some other craft stores, but they have more finished crafts to purchase.

I always get lost in this place. Anything you need for arts and crafts is available! When they have sales they are certainly worth going in for. Friendly staff is always around to help you locate your needs. This is my preferred go to place for my arts and crafts needs.

stopped at World Market to look at wind chimes and they’ve stopped selling them, came to the Hobby Lobby and found their wind chimes and bird houses are 50% off right now, and they had some good ones.

I love this store, love the value. I hate that it doesn’t matter what time of day I come there is always a line and never enough employees. I walked into store, noticed that the same people are still in line after I walked to the back of the store and got what I needed and now am myself standing in line. Come on manager after 5:00 more than three lanes should be open.

Service was awesome, employees very friendly. 50% off Christmas stuff and candles, was able to get stuff to finish a lot off projects at awesome discounts. One off three managers told me their Christmas stuff had been out since May. That is s little overboard.

RUDE Poorly staffed RUDE Filthy RUDE Making up rules different than other locations regarding what you can use coupon for. The manager followed me through store as I changed size of an item. How dare they think I’m a thief? Nasty location do not not not shop here!!! Go to Austin location and save yourself the grief

Always appreciate shopping here and wandering the aisle for ideas… yes, this«guy» admits h likes coming here. I have a drawing habit and they have good stuff for model kits. The staff is always helpful and the prices are always good for what you need to spend.

Hobby Lobby Good: — Fantastic selection of all type of crafty things, gifts, and decorations. — Pretty great prices on most everything. Always lots of sales! Hobby Lobby Bad: — It’s too bad that Hobby Lobby would like to go the way of Chik-fil-A and be so outspoken on their«Christian Values.» I know that’s not truly a reflection of this one store in Round Rock, but I wish I had never heard the BS that came out of the CEO’s mouth! –There are usually only 2 people working the register, even at busy times. — Oldest POS system of all time. I was also irritated that the last time I was there, they announced that the store was closing SOMANYTIMES. And then, you have the manager guarding the exit, arms crossed. It was just really weird and I felt like I was being pushed out — not cool!

This is a very nice hobby lobby. They have the basic stuff but they also have things others don’t. I found some crazy stuff in there. I love the signs and if I owned this house I’d buy more but I love the words of inspiration.

Where has the customer service gone??? There is no need for a cashier to be rude and be little me for asking if they could put something on hold for me while I run to get another form of payment. I could of taken my 60 dollars to Michael’s where the would treat me nicer! I just can’t believe what I experienced normally I am a Hobby Lobby fan over Michael’s any day… But now I am questioning that.

What can I say… I love Hobby Lobby! I am a crafter/artist type and this is one stop shopping for me most of the time. Occasionally I have to go elsewhere but that is not the norm. They have art supplies, craft supplies, sewing supplies, kids crafts… etc. I swear I am inspired to try something new every time I go there. I am very appreciative that the prices are so good also. They have sales all the time so I never pay full-price…usually at least half of what I purchase is on sale. This is especially appreciated since I make a lot of gifts and one of the reasons is because it is cheaper that way. My only complaint is that there are never enough aisles open so checkout takes forever. However, I try to go when I don’t have to be somewhere else and then it doesn’t matter.

Everything is on sale here, all the time. And you can bring one of the 8,000 coupons they e-mail you and practically get it for free! The payoff is the customer service. They will have one register open, one person working the floor and the manager who is not so nice. If your New Year’s resolution is to have patience come here regularly and test your progress. I made homemade treats for my family this Christmas and needed wrapping supplies, boxes, ribbon and tissue. Bought all of the above for 12 people for under $ 38.00 and I didn’t have a coupon. This store is mostly a disaster but if you do some searching you’ll find a few treasures. I was thankful that their entire Christmas/Holiday selection was on sale BEFORE Christmas, useful!

Yep, I like this place. I like the idea of making stuff. Much like Gary’s wife, I like to start a project and then I am easily distracted. Hobby Lobby is the place to go if you want to dabble in anything creative. Their prices are right on par with Michael’s and they offer great classes, too! I recently took their Basic Cake Decorating class and I really enjoyed it. I may sign up for the second class and learn how to make fondant flowers. I was able to use my new skill to decorate my daughter’s birthday cake. It was a smash!

Well my wife loves this place, so sometimes I end up here with her. She does the hobby stuff, I do the lobby stuff. I lobby here, I lobby there, sometimes I lobby over there while she is busy looking for sale items. She buys stuff to make, she starts on projects and gets halfway done, and something else catches her eye and she starts another project, I am guessing she has 15 halfway done projects, but she is getting ready to start a new one, so another trip to Hobby Lobby is planned. I am going to just lobby over and sit down.

All I can say is that I LOVE this place. Much like Michael’s they have a 40% coupon on their site for one item. All of their prices from glues, fabrics, ornaments to bags are pretty inexpensive! The only negative is the fact that they NEVER have more than 2 lines open, I can remember a time I waited in line for 20 min before another register was opened!!!
