Always friendly service and rarely a wait. Been coming here for almost 7 years now. Many of the staff have been there 5 or more years.

Don’t go 45 min before they close. They won’t take you! In walked in and they lied about the time and said it was 630 when it might’ve been 620 at the most. They don’t close till 7

I went here on a whim one day and found the service to be pretty good. I was worried after reading other reviews but the woman that cut my hair did a great job. Not to mention the price was much more competitive than most of the newer hair salons. I’ll definitely be back.

Bad customer service, she makes me wait and skip me and help another customer that came in after me. Place looks dirty and for sure they are not professional. Don’t go to this place!!!

Friday morning service is fantastic! Cindy did an amazing job on my hair! I’m a true believe in relating to your customer and having an enjoyable conversation. So thank you for that. Despite other reviews I will be back if ever back in town.

I have brought my son to get his haircut here a few times because it is close to home and cheap. I can definitely say that in this circumstance, you get what you pay for. The women working yesterday didn’t say a word to my son or myself and didn’t even offer a smile. We waited patiently for quite a bit while they cackled amongst themselves and scowled from across the room. After 25 minutes of being in such an uncomfortable environment, we got up and left. We will never come back. I have already overlooked too many «small annoyances» from this place to keep ignoring their lack of customer service skills.

I took my son here for a haircut. It was our first time. When we walked in the woman working was too busy texting to even acknowledge us. At first I thought she was a customer since she was sitting in the waiting area. Then she gave my son the worst haircut. He is 9 and her explanation was she «asked him» what he liked. I told her I was the adult and she should ask me and then she got very nasty and started yelling. I asked her name and she said Tabitha. I told her I wasn’t going to argue in from of my son with her but I wanted to call the owner and speak to him. She got very defensive and said I should «go ahead» because she cut his hair too. I couldn’t believe how nasty she was. I understand a bad haircut but she didn’t need to be rude and yelling in front of my child. I offered to pay but she said I should leave and not pay. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever go here. NEVER AGAIN!

So I showed up to cut my hair thinking, «two minutes from home, let’s give it a try» … Big mistake! I walk in, no greeting. The women working don’t even acknowledge me, but I sign in anyway. I think maybe they don’t say anything cause they’re busy, whatever. There was one name in front of mine, and two guys in the waiting area. So, both guys eventually get called up after 45 minutes. Some new guy, who seems to be a regular and obviously knows one of the hairstylists, walks in and she chats it up with him. The guy she has leaves, and I’m thinking, good I must be next, she then calls the guy who just walked in over and totally ignores me. Dumbfounded I look around and give her a look, but she could care less… Finally, I walk out, drive to cost cutters, no line, no fuss, and I’m there and home again in less than half an hour. Guy Trendz will NEVER get my business!

Service was fast, professional and good. There were no «thugs» or «half naked bubble gum chewing» hair dressers as mentioned in other reviews.
I will go here again and would recommend them to others. Don’t let the old reviews and the rating fool you, everyone that was in there seemed happy with what they were getting.

Visiting here from Florida I needed a haircut. I was very pleased with Guy Trendz. They were very friendly and cut my hair perfectly. I don’t know why the previous persons complain I think they do a great job. Would return again and again.

Curze-​ing around in my Batmobile, with all 4 tires intact, I on impulse decided to get a haircut and I just happened to be in the Guy Trendz parking lot, so I went in to get clipped. Whoa Doggie!
There were two stylists and one was cutting a young man’s hair with his mother watching closely, I signed in and waited about a minute and was seated at one of the stylist chairs, I did not ask her name so I am not sure what it was. She ask how I wanted my hair cut and I explained that it should be easy since most of my hair was long gone down the drain and will never be found again. It didn’t take long to cut my 721 hairs and when I examined the cut and it was just like I asked her to do. So the service was very good today.
The shop was clean and small and each station had a small TV for you to watch if you wanted, in my case the first Spiderman movie was playing.
So I left with an OK feeling and a very good hair cut. My cost was $ 15 plus tip.
Would I go back? Yes I think I will.

Never again.
We have actually gone here since they opened. Usually, they give a good kids cut, my husband likes them — and the price is decent.
Today, Jessica, cut my son’s hair. He has a trendy, sort of long cut … kind of that «shag» thing a lot of boys are doing right now. He had awesome hair!
We asked for the same basic look, just a trim. Should be easy! What we got back was 1976 Dorothy Hamill. Horrible.
My cute, handsome 10 year old now looks like a woman from the 70’s.
You can’t fix whats been cut off — but taking some time, talking to us, checking in would have gone a long way. Even prehaps, being apologetic rather than fake sweet, kill ‘em with kindness crap attitude would have done a lot to turn this around. No offer to refund my money either.
I called the owner to let him know — but what can he do? What’s done is done — and while I love supporting local Round Rock businesses — I will now take my money elsewhere and encourage all my friends with boys to do the same.

I had just finished my workout at Clay Madsen, and was thinking about a how I needed a hair cut.
There it is, Guystrendz, on Gattis School. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot, I figured I give these guys a try.
There were only 2 stylists on duty. No one greeted me, or even acknowledged by presence. I figured they were busy, so I’ll give them a moment or 2. I sit there for 10 minutes. I even popped my head into the cutting area and tried to get the attention of one of the stylists. One of them glanced at me, then turned around and walked one of the clients into the back.
These people need some serious work on customer service. Maybe it’s a front for some kind of criminal gang, given the look of the clients.

I walk into guy trendz just try something different. I sign in and sit down and on the next row of seats next to me there is a woman changing her baby’s diaper. (gross) So, I sat there for 5 minutes and no one ever greeted me or told me how long it would be, so I left. Three thuggish looking guys were just standing back there and watched me leave
