Went here for the first time today to check out their juice selection, very impressed with the taste and the fact you can actually taste before you buy. Staff was down to earth, knowledgable, and informative. I’m pleased with my purchase and in the future will come here for my juice needs. The only negative thing I can say is they were out of my 3mg nicotine level juice and I had to go with a 6, but like I said the flavor are much better if than Create A Cig.

This is in my opinion the best vap shop in the Austin area. Just great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and no pretentiousness that seems to permeate every other vape shop around. I always feel happy after visiting this shop.

Very helpful, but small staff that does seem to have someone new every time I visit along with some same old. I only stop in once a month, so I don’t expect them to remember me. Small selection of juices compared to another much bigger store not far away, but they stock what is relevant and good, and not just a bunch of pearls among swine. It they’re carrying it, it is good. Usually.
Getting in and out of this place is quick. No long lines. No waiting. If you know what you want you will be out within 5 minutes most of the time. Staff is knowledgeable in the equipment they carry, and guide you in what you’re looking for, but don’t expect them to go out of their way to educate you much. They have their friends hanging out that they are eager to go back to talking to. That’s not every time, but there have been a few times it felt that way.
They have run out of juices a lot in the past, but look to have gotten better on keeping their stock well kept. They were new, so that is a growing pain. Learning what to stock up in, and what not to is something every new business goes through. They aren’t new anymore and look like they learned. The last few times I’ve been there they have what I came in for. That was not likely in the past.
This is a small business I will continue to support even though I know it isn’t perfect. I recommend this store to everyone that asks me about vaping over other stores in Round Rock, they are the best here. I still think they have some room for improvement compared to a vape shop I visited in another state a few months back. That shop just blew my mind in service, knowledge, and how they wanted to educate you on your purchases. They took absolute joy in doing that, and the customers (even me) just loved that. Drip n Rip has the potential to be like that, and if they did they would be 5 stars from me. Right now I can only give them 4, but that is better than what I think of the other Vape shops in the area. Great little shop, but needs improvement in giving customers that «Wow!» experience once they leave.

This is a perfect example of what is missing when you choose to buy online: A wonderful, face to face, customer experience. They offer a large assortment of product, are very knowledgeable about the product and they allow you to take your time with your decisions. I own an older Joyetech eGo-​T but for years have desired a tank that did not contain plastics. Michael, after examining my device, reached under the counter and produced a color assortment of tanks made of metal and Pyrex glass. I picked the black one to match my device and It fit perfectly on my ego-​T. Michael stated I would like the vapor production compared to my old smoketek dual coil cartomizers and he was correct! Once I got home, filled and primed the tank, per Michaels instructions, and took my first drag; Vape Nervana! Thank you again! I will return for replacement coils because they offer great prices and bonuses.

This is the best vape shop and all of Central Texas they’re very knowledgeable very friendly very helpful and is just a kick ass place to hang out and meet new people and vape like none other

Stopped by this shop while passing through town. We were highly impressed! Incredibly friendly staff, super knowledgeable, & helpful! They made us feel right at home and the shop is comfortable. They have a great selection with fantastic prices! We will definitely stop back in next time we come through town!

Tired up the up right attitude you get at all about vapor and other stores then this is your place. The employees know their product and are very laid back and helpful. They actually seem like they want you there. Thn also for the help guys!!!

These guys are a life saver. I was in Round Rock over the weekend for a softball tournament. Unfortunately, I had left my extra battery and charger for my ProVari at home. By Saturday morning, the battery I was using barely had a charge. I found these guys on Google and because they were on the way to the softball fields, I stopped in.
They didn’t have the battery I needed in stock, but offered to charge my battery and give me a substitute while it charged! Out of the kindness of their hearts, because they certainly didn’t charge me for that.
They’ve only been in business for about four months, but with that type of customer service, I predict a lot of success for them. And, of course I wish them much success. I also bought a couple of flavors that aren’t available at my local shop, and I’m enjoying the, very much.

Steven and Nathan are good people. They’ll point you in the right direction to get you started on your new-​you. Cessation from smoking is the smartest thing you can do, and the 2^nd smartest thing you can do is to start off on the right foot — set foot into Drip n Rip vapes, and be surrounded by various flavors of E-​Juice in all nicotine strengths.
Feelin Fancy? They have a wide selection of different tank styles, battery styles, and a wonderful selection of mods for those out there lookin for a little more.
What’s better? They have a huge freaking plush leather couch to plop on, music to enjoy, Movies/​TV to watch, and wonderful flavors to puff on.
The prices are reasonable, the people are friendly, the location is easily accessed. These guys are a great small shop. I’ve been to many places, and I don’t write a whole lot of reviews, but I gotta give it to Steven and Nathan. Keep it up guys.

This place is great! Wonderful service and the guys that run it are as knowledgeable and polite as you could ask for. The flavors and juices they have are great and so are the products. Also their pricing is best I’ve found in the area and they are selling quality items. I highly recommend this vape shop as its the best one I’ve been in yet and definitely has the warmest vibe/​atmosphere. Also great place to go if you are looking to start vaping have minimal knowledge of the vaping world. I’ve been vaping for 2 years and they taught me a few things. Check em out, you wont be disappointed… Or waiting for almost an hour for your number to be called lol.

I have been vaping on and off for a couple of years. I was tired of going to a crowded vapor shop and waiting in line for, sometimes, over a half an hour. I found this place when I was taking my son to Première Martial Arts (they are on the side section of the shopping center) and I saw the signs for Drip n Rip which is right next door. The place was empty except for me and Steve and Nathan had a layout that blew me away. Every flavor was right there on a carousel for me to try. Free of charge.
The guys helped me with a great selection and also gave me 10% off for being a veteran.
I am done going to the big vape shop down the road and Drip n Rip is now my new place for all things vapor related. Good Job guys. Keep up the good work.
Prices are really low too. They have starter kits starting at $ 20!
I dont think you can beat that price anywhere.
