Darren and his team work hard for their customers, are fair and ethical and do the right thing. I would recommend them for any real estate needs you may have.

My experience with this company wasn’t good. Unfortunately there are commercial realtors out there who are so focused on getting the building owner a good deal that they neglect to show the party that’s interested in the space good customer service. Part of showing good customer service is meeting your callback commitments and setting the correct expectations with your customer. Unfortunately, we had several instances where the realtor that we were working with didn’t call us back or follow up with us when he said he was going too. I understand that things come up that are out of our control but at least check in with your customer to let them know you’re going to have to reschedule the follow up, and at least apologize for missing the callback commitment, unfortunately we didn’t get any of that. I had to call around and email several individuals to voice my concerns to find out why our relator wasn’t following up. It turns out that one of the reasons that we weren’t hearing back form our realtor was because the location we were trying to lease was owned by a big corporation in another state and they have a track record of taking several weeks to respond to a offer, so the realtor figured that since he hadn’t heard anything from the owner then it would be okay not to touch base with us. There were also other reasons involved as well but out of respect for the Quick family I will not elaborate on this website. We reached the conclusion that the owners of the space we were interested in leasing was not serious about leasing out the space and was more interested in using a space as a tax write off so we asked the realtor we were working with if he could send us other listings of commercial spaces that might be a good fit for the store we were setting up. The next day he send us a flyer of a open grass field. We wasn’t sure if he sent us that in error or was trying to be a wise guy but we decided to move on to another company.

I spent over a year looking for the perfect location to open a tattoo shop in round rock. Trying to find a space that was large enough, nice enough, visible on a high traffic street, within our budget AND willing to rent to a tattoo shop was quite the challenge. A lot of the spaces I looked at were being leased by Don Quick. After looking at a few of them I developed a good working relationship with one of their agents, Michael. He ended up helping me find the perfect location that wasn’t even publicly listed yet. Him and his colleagues helped negotiate our lease and we couldn’t be happier where the Golden Goat Tattoo Company ended up.

After working for nearly 6 months with a Realtor who obviously didn’t feel I was worth his time, I came across a listing in Round Rock that showcased Don Quick and Assoc. as the listing agency. Rather than waste my time with my previous Realtor, I contacted Don Quick and was put in touch with Darren Quick, who immediately set up a viewing. (By immediately, I mean within 24 hours we were inside the space,)
Unfortunately, the space we were originally interested in fell through because the landlord wasn’t a huge fan of pets, which really wouldn’t have worked, since I am a pet photographer and artist — pets are part of my daily business life! We were absolutely heartbroken at losing the first space, but Darren did not disappoint and went to work searching for another space for our business to call home.
Within a week, he set up another viewing for a great little retail property and now, about a month later, our lease is signed and we are planning on moving in over the next few weeks after some basic build-​outs are taken care of.
Darren is extremely personable, yet professional and really gave us the time and attention we need when searching for our new studio space. This is our first business location, so it was great to have a Realtor working with us to ensure that the space fits all of our needs. Even better, Don Quick and Associates will be our acting landlord, so I know that we won’t have issues later on in the lease.
I highly recommend Darren Quick or any of the Don Quick and Assoc. Realtors to anyone searching for a commercial space.
