DM Pest Control (Jefry and Chris) answered my call within one day and arrived to tackle my pests the following day. Jefry was very knowledgable and experienced about helping tackle my pesky pests. What makes this company stand out is the confidence they conveyed to me about their treatment and a longer guarantee than I expected. Even more amazing I was encouraged to call any time if I had questions. A few questions occurred to me on a Saturday. so I emailed not expecting a reply until Monday. Jefry answered immediately and asked me to call. So on a Saturday, my questions were answered. I would highly recommend this company!

Well, I said that I would be back in a couple of weeks to give an update review. I know how important these reviews are to people like myself so I’m keeping true on my word. DM is suppose to come out later on this week to do their follow up and to see how things are going. I will tell you that I am a VERY happy customer! I have NOT had 1 bed bug that I have seen. No more bites! My kids are not getting bit! THEY ARE GONE!!! I still have not had the chance to get my boys back into their bunk beds because it’s all taken apart but I am hoping to have that done soon. When I get them back into their bunk bed I will do ANOTHER update! I really wanted to put out there that we HAD bed bugs and DM kicked their butts! It is really hard to find reviews that say BED BUGS. They all just say Bugs… what kind of bugs!!! I wanted/​needed to know that information because that’s the situation I was dealing with and I wanted someone that could relate to tell me that it could be done. And by the way… the treatment was chemical. That was another thing I wanted to know… does chemical treatment work? I really hope that my reviews guide you into the right decision. Ok my fellow Unilocalers… I shall return in the near future! :)

After calling another pest control company and leaving 2 messages (Stride) I decided to call DM Pest Control. I spoke with Jeffery and scheduled their visit! He was very accommodating with my schedule. He called the day before my appointment to remind me of my appointment! I am so pleased that I have scheduled a return visit every 6 months! Keep up the great work DM Pest Control!

Jeffry has comes out about once per year for us, he does a great job and we don’t usually need him again for another year. When we did have a problem with tiny sugar ants, he came back a couple times until they were gone.
I’d highly recommend him.

It has been about 3 weeks since I called Jefry at DM Pest Control. I wanted to wait until I was SURE the thug bugs were gone before writing this.
I am EXTREMELY happy to report, that with 2 dogs and 1 cat, and all the rain, the fleas are gone. Gone gone. Bye bye. And, all my other little friends… I haven’t seen a roach since.
This was the right price, the right time, and the RIGHT GUY. He gave me a 5 month guarantee on no more bugs, and he was half the price of the other people I called. Also, no pesticide side effects for me or the pets.
I will call Jefrey again next year, and every year after that.

I had a problem that no one could solve that lasted for 6 months. Three different companies worked at my house without success. Jefry called and said he could do it. I told him that no one could do it, it was a mystery. He asked me to let him try and told me not to pay him until it was taken care of. After two treatments, no bugs. I think he is a miracle worker. Do not hesitate to call DM and Jeffry!

I was having a major fire ant issue in the backyard. We have a filled-​in pool and they seemed to love it! We have a playscape on top of the filled-​in pool and the fire ants were everywhere. I had finally reached my limit when I was out pushing my daughter on the swing and the fire ants began attacking my legs. I called DM Pest Control on the recommendation of a friend. Jeffrey answered the phone and he was really nice. He said he could take care of the issue. He recommended the three-​month guarantee rather than the one-​year guarantee since we are close to winter (hopefully!) Awesome since the three-​month option is cheaper! Joseph came out and sprayed the whole yard then baited it. Within two days, I didn’t see one fire ant! It was so nice to sit outside! Then three weeks later, the little guys started popping up again in the filled-​in pool. I called Jeffrey and he came out the same day! He sprayed again and walked around the perimeter of the house to make sure he got them all. He told me to call again if I see anymore show up. (I guess they love the pool area because it’s nice and toasty for them.) I love not having to have a contract and I love that he is willing to come out so quickly.
