CPR Rescue Buddies

I signed up for a healthcare provider bls course with «CPR Rescue Buddies» through the AHA website. I was anxious to get it done ASAP because mine had expired. I had some questions so I emailed the instructor/​owner Greg. He answered my questions promptly and was nice on the phone.
I got off work early to leave for the class. When I arrived I was surprised the location was a house in Round Rock, for some reason I had assumed it would be a business. Either way, I went to the door. I knocked, I rang, no answer. I tried calling Greg, emailing Greg, no answer. He ditched out, never showed up, never called me back. I found another number through the Email AHA had sent me for the class, and talked with Jana at Savaheart. Even though she had nothing to do with Greg except training him to begin with, she apologized profusely for his behavior. She informed this wasn’t the first time this had happened. Apparently Greg is a fire fighter and if a shift opened he would just ditch out on class because fire fighting paid better. He might be a nice guy in person, but he wasted my time, and this is an inexcusable business practice. Don’t waste your time!!! Sign up with someone else!!!
