This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. The last time I went was about a year and a half ago, so Sept 2014. The waitress was so rude, disconcerned, and shitty. At least 4 things went wrong. We get seated and waiting over 10 minutes to be greeted by our waitress. Then she takes forever to come back and take the actual food order. We get the 2 for $ 20 meal that comes with an appetizer. We order the guacamole & chips. One third into the guacamole I run into a hard piece of brownish-green thing that was flat and looked like the sole of a flat leather men’s dress shoe or like wet cardboard. What the hell is this??? I tell the waitress and she looks at me with a «whatever» look on her face and proceeds to tell me «that’s probably just the edge of the avocado, you know close to the rind». Are you kidding me lady! I don’t know what kind of avocados she eats but mine do not have a thick hard inner layer! She did not offer a thing other than that shitty excuse. So I asked for a replacement and she tells me it will probably be the same way but ok. After she left I inspected this thing more closely, it was long and hard and it did not look like avocado at all, it look like the shoe sole, wet cardboard, or a thin sliced flank steak. It would not break apart either, I tried to with my hands and it would not come apart. It was big too, as long and wide as the palm of my hand. Gross! So she brings another and sure enough another large gross hard piece of shoe sole in the middle. wtf??? I pushed it away, forget it. Meanwhile the waitress is acting like I’m an asshole. So within 5 minutes they seat a couple next to us and they order the guac as an appetizer and guess what, their waitress(different one) tells them they are fresh out of guac… hummm, so if there is nothing wrong with my guac supposedly, then why did you abruptly decide to stop selling it? Clearly there is something wrong with it and why the hell didn’t you come take it from me and offer something else? That pissed me off. So we finally get our food. My food is missing a side that they take forever to bring me because they forgot again, and my boyfriend’s food was missing something like gravy, but he didn’t want to mess with it and just ate without it. Ok, finally through the crappy meal experience, now for the bill. Not only was my guacamole terrible and unsanitary, this woman charges me for the full price of guac rather than the 2 for $ 20 price we ordered. OMG, what is wrong with these people. She fixes it and puts the meals on the 2 for $ 20 pricing, but seriously at this point you should have discounted me or comped the meals for everything that has gone wrong tonight. So I ask for a to-go cup for my tea and out the door we go, never to return. Thank goodness this awful experience is over right? No, two hours later when I am gulping down the last of my to-go cup of tea, I see a metal ring at the bottom of my cup under the last of the ice. GROSS! really! The hell never ends with this place! It looked like a produce ring or potato sack ring or something, just a round metal ring… in my to-go cup of tea… where it does not belong. Unbelievable. Never will I forget this experience and I always tell people this story when the opportunity presents itself.

I’m not sure about this place Now that I have set down. I wish I had checked reviews prior to ordering. Anyhow, now that I’m here I might as well review. First off the waiter came right up to my table as soon as I set down. I was happy about this but felt bad for the folks whose food was in her hand while her and I talked over it. :(. I ordered the you pick three which included the buffle boneless chicken, fried pickles, and Southwest egg rolls. See pic.

We ate dinner here last night and it was a huge disappointment. After we were seated it took almost 10mins to have somebody even take out drink order, my daughters glass had pasta floating in it before we even had food, our silver wear was also dirty. I had the chicken strips which were over cooked and just dried out, the fries had way to much salt and pepper on them I could not even finish any of my meal. They also had the ac on when it was cold outside so we were frozen the whole time. Out waitress was the sweetest person you could ask for but this restaurant is just generic remakes of food.

They were obviously understaffed because the hostess ended up taking our order. 15 minutes later the server came back to ask a few questions pertaining to the order, so we know it wasn’t keyed in until that point. 40 minutes later and still no food. Hungry and frustrated.

Will never go there again. I could not substitute one of my sides for a plain macaroni and cheese for my grandson. They said I could only get the southwest Mac and cheese and would have to buy two kids meals for him to get his corn dog and MacnCheese he wanted. Spoke to the manager and even after telling him we could cancel our two $ 15+ adult meals he said sorry they still couldn’t do it. Walked out. Would give it half a star if I could only because the staff was nice.

I’m in town with family so we came out late to grab a bite and drink. We got here 15 min before they closed. I asked the waitress(Cassi) «what would be easy for us to order because I don’t want to inconvenience you all since we did walk in late». Her comment«feel free and order whatever you want to». We ordered a few different items and everything came out fast and hot. I forgot the waitresses name but she was there till closing time and was very nice and the manager told us «have a good night and thank you for coming in» We left happy and full.

Service was good the quesadilla explosion was VERY disappointing. It was soggy, the quesadilla was cold and had a little drop of cheese in each one. Just enough to glue the tortillas together. Waste of money.

My husband, I and our kids decided to go for dinner tonight. I just want to commend the General Manager, Mario, who took a bad situation and made it good. To sum up what happened it took a very long time to get our food. Food was good and our server was nice. I am a manager at my job and I understand that things can go wrong. Unfortinately when they do go wrong it usually just gets worse. But I know that its a tough position as a Manager to step up and fess up. Overal Mario’s honesty and decision to do the right thing was what ‘wowed’ me. Thank you Mario. You understand what service is all about. Five stars for you.

My husband, & I went to Chilis today because we were in the mood for some of their yummy honey chipotle crispers. So we ordered, and waited. While waiting we started playing games on the little tablet they have there to make the time pass by faster. We ended up playing every single game they had on that thing. We were so frustrated we were about to leave, but I saw someone coming out with what looked like our food. So we get the food, the crispers were SOTINY. I honestly thought I ordered some mini chicken nuggets. It was ridiculous! I’m not even surprised after reading all these reviews on here. Our server was great but come on! Don’t you examine the food before it goes out? This Chili’s needs to step their game up.

Lunch at Chili’s was horrible!!! Bun on Bacon Avocado Chicken was burnt and chicken under cooked. Soooo gross!!! Last time I was here… bun was burnt as well. Lost my appetite! They took it off my bill BUTSTILLCHARGED for tea. How pathetic!!! Bad business, bad food!

Terrible! Today we went here and they were not that busy for a Saturday, once seated we had noticed the table next yo us had not been bussed at all, it was disgusting, we thought we would just give it a shot and we ordered the triple dipper, wth buffalo bites, southwestern eggrolls, and sliders, when we got the sliders they were undercooked and I’m pregnant, I mean raw! So then we told our server and she offered to get us more and we accepted, then for entrees we ordered smokehouse bacon burger for my husband and I ordered the trio fajitas, even my coke tasted nasty, when we finally got our sliders back they were not the same! They had brought us the kids plate with two mini hamburgers and fries, no cheese, no onions as our sliders had the buns were not dressed, I asked our server what was this she had said oh they accidently gave you the kids meal, ughh !! Then we received our entrees my husbands hamburger was cold, my fajitas didn’t come out hot and the amount of steak I got was 4 small strips of meat the looked like the steak was old before the cooked it, it had a funny color as if the meat was brown before hand, and my shrimp was not cooked all the way, by this time being hungry and pregnant I was about to freak out on some one, my husband asked to speak to manager and she came over and offered us something else by this time I just asked to leave, she gave us gift cards for 20.00, our bill would’ve been 51.00 without tip, we will never go back to this location, so far we will travel to cedar park lakeline mall location which is great from now on, we left and went to torchys!!! oh and by the way, the whole time we were there the tables were still not bussed, disgusting, no one wants to look at dirty tables while trying to have a nice dinner!

It was alright. Good food. Husband ordered the sirlioin and ordered it medium well, it came well done. I ordered the Margarita grilled chicken and it was cold, had to ask them to reheat it. But it wasn’t bad, kids loved their pizza!

So today I had a crave for burger and ordered a simple Oldtimer with extra lettuce and extra tomatoes… when I opened my to-go box back at work I found the burger in my bun had mustard and a slice of cheese… nothing else!!! I had been unimpressed by this restaurant before but now I think this is the last straw. Would NOT recommend :(

The food always taste the same which is a very good thing BUT the service at this location is AWFUL!!! It’s a Sunday at 3pm CST, a day of football playoffs and this place is barely crowded, majority of tables still dirty!!! Where are the bust boys??? I keep coming here because it’s close to my home but every single time I come, I’m quickly reminded why I should go to another location. The servers are«nice» but this location lacks staffing and good management. Go at your own risk.

Food at Chili’s is always good but they keep seating us in the bar area which I hate with a passion because the service is HORRIBLE!!! They don’t check on you, fill your drinks, or pre bus at all. It isn’t a one time thing either, it’s been that way each time I’ve been here, I’m starting to think that next time I really want Chili’s, I’ll make a longer trip to skip going to this specific location because they clearly don’t care all that much about their customers. To top everything off, a food that we’ve ordered before that is meant to be served hot came out really cold, like it was just pulled from the fridge level of cold.

Put in an online to go order at 3pm to be picked up at 5pm. That’s 2 full hours to have my order ready and waiting for me at 5pm. Not only did I have to wait for my order(it was only 10 minutes, but still) but they also got my order incorrect. I paid extra money to sub Mac and cheese for fries and was instead given the fries. Food was ok. Probably won’t return here, and wouldn’t recommend.

We arrive at 11.30am. We were on our lunch break. Ordered our food, it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. 1 order was sitting for at least 30 minutes. They had to remake 1 of the plates. We asked to speak to a manager, he went to another table. After flagging him down, he said the system messed up. We asked for our check. Jay, the waiter brought it out and never came back to get it, after asking him to run it, he threw the card on the floor and said he will pay for it and stormed off. The worst customer service ever… Both the manager and the waiter were very inappropriate. Throwing my debit card on the floor is not ok when you did not provide us with good service during our lunch break.

Worst customer service EVER. Christie was our server and she did not take ownership of her not placing our order in as soon as we placed it with our drinks; everything was the«kitchen’s fault». We arrived at about 12:35PM and sat at the table for at least 10 mins. before were ever approached by our waiter(Christie) to even place our drink order. After waiting until about 5 mins. after 1PM with no «starters» or even so much as an update on when to expect our food or the cause in delay, I asked the hostess for the manager. Chris came out to the table AFTER all of our food had gotten there and simply asked«what would you like me to do?». Are you kidding me? I work in a Tier 3 Escalation department and deal with complaints all day and that response would’ve literally seemed as if we were not trying to take care of our members at all. I will not be dining at this location due to the fact that management’s lack of empathy has seem to trickle down to his employees who have a «don’t know, don’t care» attitude.
