Just to name a few experiences with this company:
The children’s director at the church I work for needed VBS t-​shirts, so of course we called Big Frog. Her original artwork was copyrighted, so they designed something original that complimented the theme perfectly! No extra charge and with no minimum, we we able to order just the number of shirts and sizes we needed. And the kids loved them!
My son’s school had a design contest for our new t-​shirts this year. Big Frog turned the student drawing into a great-​looking shirt for us.
My son asked for a t-​shirt on his Christmas list that we couldn’t find. I called Big Frog this morning and they are taking care of it.

T-​shirt prints came out looking great! T-​shirts feel soft and are of good quality material.

These people are amazing! I’m in charge of my family reunion later this year and as hostess, it’s my job to order the t-​shirts for everyone. I was a little worried about ordering the shirts as I would need them in a variety of sizes, two different styles (I wanted people to have the option of a t-​shirt or a tank top) and a few kid shirts as well and lots of t-​shirt places I’ve worked with in the past have made that kind of thing either very difficult or very pricey. I had a rough idea of what I wanted the design and colors to be, but nothing on a digital file or anything. Just some sketches on a piece of notebook paper. I was worried the entire process was going to be stressful but the people at Big Frog made it a completely wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and enthusiastic and worked with me to make sure my order was exactly what I wanted. They were also unbelievably patient. It took two hours to find/​modify all the clip art to get the t-​shirt design exactly how I wanted and Sarah (the woman I worked with) was extremely upbeat and professional the entire way through. I just picked up my order (as promised, turn around time was about 10 business days) and I couldn’t be happier! The t-​shirts look amazing and they even threw in two extra shirts that they had accidentally printed in the wrong color. Will definitely be using them again if I ever need t-​shirts printed in the future!

We ordered 45 t-​shirts of various sizes and they came in a week later with 100% accuracy on the order. Well done and the shirts were well received. I’ll use Big Frog again for sure!

Wish I could give these guys ten stars. I like giving t-​shirts with my artwork as gifts. It is my version of a homemade gift. Most local places don’t really want to deal with one or two shirts at a time but they can and will do it. Next day turnaround is always reliable. And, the staff is always super competent and friendly.
The only hitch is the corporate artwork doesn’t transfer to the local franchise. However, that is a corporate issue. And, they have their own commercial graphics software if you don’t have any yourself. The key to a good result is to give them the largest file you can or just let them do it – for free! Yes, all that great design work is totally free of charge even for just one t-​shirt. And, there are no setup fees whatsoever.

Went in on Wednesday and had custom shirts ready on Friday! What a great gift for a great price. They designed just what I wanted and were super friendly. I’ve been telling all my friends about them. I will definitely c u again !

Fast, Friendly, courteous and by far the most affordable in ATX area. I have called on three different occasions needing a custom shirt created on the fly. Within an hour I have a mock up sitting in my email for approval. Picked up the shirt in 24 hours or less. No other business has a turn around time like Big Frog. Great service, friendly staff and the best pricing! Highly recommended!

Another job well done for big frog I wanted some koozies made up for my boyfriends 30^th, I just gave them some ideas and they ran off with it and made my idea awesome, they were prompt, accommodating and timely. If you want your custom printing done awesome go to big frog

I needed custom t-​shirts made for my office and I called the Brodie location since they were the only company in town who didn’t have a minimum order amount and it wouldn’t take up to a week to have them done.
I went with a coworker on a Wednesday and the guy (I wish I remembered his name) helped us to create a design for our shirt from some ideas we had. After emailing back and for the next few days, my 13 shirts were done that Friday morning.
Super helpful and prompt staff, great prices, fast service!

I went to the Brodie location, and I will definitely be going back for any custom shirts i need made. I don’t remember the guys name, but he took the time to adjust and fit the picture I wanted on my shirt. He also too the time to take out a background color I didn’t want printed. This place is great if you need lots of shirts made, or are like me and only need one or two. Prices are great as well! Have and will continue to recommend to people

I needed some custom t-​shirts made, on a budget, and in a hurry. Thanks Unilocal peeps for suggesting this place, as they were very professional, worked within my budget, and extremely fast!
Dwight, the owner of this location, was very courteous, and patient when explaining the process. They do not charge set up fees, and work with even the simplest artwork files to get the job done. They have a very nice showroom, and plenty of samples to browse, so you can get other ideas for your projects.
The best part about it was the speed of which my order got completed. I needed my custom t-​shirts completed that same day. After placing the order, I had lunch in the same shopping center, and before I knew it, I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up. Are you fricken kidding me??? Less than an hour later my order is complete!!! I’ll take it!

Big Frog is awesome! The week before a big event, I decided I should have a t-​shirt printed with our company’s logo. Most places have minimum order requirements that are huge, but I just wanted one. Then I found Big Frog… I was unable to upload our logo file onto their designer on the website, but I called and they let me e-​mail my request with our specifications. Everyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. Best of all, my shirt was ready in less than 24 hours! The way they imprint the shirts is so much more attractive than typical screen printing, and it seems like it will last forever. Plus, the selection of shirts they offer are great quality. I highly recommend using them, and will be back for more!

The staff was very helpful, excellent customer service and everyone loves the shirts. The prices were also very reasonable.

The employees here went out of their way to help us get shirts together for a bunch of middle aged ladies:) They where kind, courteous and did a very quick job getting our shirts done. The shirts are excactly what we wanted and they will continue to get our business. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 is because I dont know how the shirts will stand up as of yet. Havent washed them… but unless they just fall apart, which I cant imagine they seem sturdy… I would give them a 5.

Thought is was bad before… well after 2 washings my shirt is falling apart.(see pics).and yes I do know you dont make them, but the company you use, represents you as a company, giving you the bad image… Funny thing… the manager could care less. Good luck with you business…

Went in on a spur of the moment after reading about them. I wanted some custom t-​shirts as a joke for our famly Christmas and needed them fast. Thought I would place the order and have to come back in a few days to pick them up, but NOOOOO, they went right to work on them! The employees were really funny and personable! The shop was awesome looking and super clean! Not your run of the mill custom shirt shop! They worked with me and helped me pick out art work, then went to work on printing up the shirts! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the shirts are soooo AWESOME! I can’t wait to give them to everyone on Christmas Eve!!! Thanks Big Frog, we will BE BACK!!!
