History

Established in 2010.

After choosing a career that would occupy my time in a corporate setting and having owned and loved animals my entire life, I decided to open Beck ‘n Call Concierge Services. The timing could not have been more perfect as I had just encountered a new challenge in life by being laid off of a 9 year position as an Executive Assistant. I wasn’t sure where my path would lead me so a day of kayaking with friends ended up being a turning point in my life and career, one that would showcase my ability to assist others, administrative skills, and my passion for pets. It brings me great joy to assist others in their daily routine but don’t have the time, and to care for pets while their owners are away. Business Owner

Born and raised in Texas with a family of musicians. I preferred sports so instruments and voice went right out the door for me. After graduating HS during the latter 70’s in Houston Texas, I immediately moved to Austin to be with additional family members and I’ve been here ever since. I’ve spent most of my adult life in a wide range of Administrative positions which I really enjoy. Pets are my passion and I have owned dogs most of my entire life. I do however love all of God’s creatures with the exception of snakes, spiders, and untamed rodents. I love entertaining family and friends, live music, dancing, sports, working out, and cooking, to name a few. I also enjoy assisting those that need help with their daily routine but don’t have the time. Looking forward to perhaps helping you out sometime soon too.
