Description

Specialties

BEAST is an acronym for Biomechanical, Endurance and Strength Training

Philosophy:

–We not only teach good technique but we also strengthen the correct musculature so that good technique and movement comes naturally and last long term.

BEAST Performance is dedicated to the development of athletes in their sport and future. BEAST bridges the gap of injury reduction and Sport Performance by understanding the biomechanics of their sport and training to reduce the risk of overuse and acute injuries while maximizing the potential of muscular coordination and force. Not only do proper mechanics result in safer movement but science has shown that if the body is developed correctly that it will be able to apply more force as well!

We are devoted to creating a positive lifestyle for individuals through health and fitness, teaching correct techniques and movements to ensure the longevity of our clients/athletes, and most importantly committed to building lasting and trusting relationships.

History

Established in 2010.

BEAST Performance began in 2010 with the mission to give athletes of all levels a complete training plan to achieve their goals of fitness, strength, power, speed and endurance. Over the years BEAST has stayed true to the original mission while adapting the training model to fit adults as well. Now BEAST offers group training with a class limit of 15 individuals. With this small group size we are able to customize the workout to fit every individual from a 40 year old mom rehabbing an injury to the professional athlete. Our program is balanced enough to ensure the safety of our clients as well as improve our clients in a manner that will allow them to compete in Obstacle races, Crossfit and even Body Building or Figure competitions.
