Dr. Baker has been our family doctor for many years now. He is always very thorough and genially cares for us. I recently saw Dr. Baker and he explained everything very well on my current health and more importantly, on my future health. He laid out a good plan for me to consider as I start getting older. Great staff too !

So disappointed with this doctor and his staff. I trusted him for my daughter’s care for five years, even though we had to see him three times for the same issues before he would actually take action, which in this case was to refer her to a specialist, who actually did his job. Although he was her only physician and was supposed to be familiar with her health and history, it turns out he missed several opportunities to give her an accurate diagnosis for a serious immunodeficiency — one her current physician said should have been obvious. On top of that, his office staff is full of rude, catty, gossipy women who actually were so unprofessional as to make disrespectful comments to our pharmacist about refilling a prescription. Horrible care, horrible customer service and every interaction is basically revisiting your sophomore year in high school. No, thanks!

I have been a patient of Dan Baker for 13 years. Dr. Baker decided to change his practice to require $ 1600/year just to be on his list of patients. I had just had my annual physical when I was informed of his new practice so I switched doctors for my 90 day followup. Then I get a letter and voicemail telling me he decided to not pursue the VIP practice but when I called his office to tell them I wanted him to be my primary care physician I was informed he had decided not to take back any patients that had moved their records. He put me in the position of having to seek a new doctor and then DUMPS me again. What a jerk!

I was excited to see a PCP who is a family practice doctor as well as a sleep specialist but when I called they said their«new patient advocate» is out and to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and she was still out so they gave me a long distance number to call for an explanation of a new exciting program that they are doing focused on patient wellness. I called that number to learn that in order to see this doctor it would cost between $ 1500 – 2200 a year and insurance would not cover it… no thanks!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Baker for 2 years — since moving to Round Rock from the north. Always takes the time necessary to explain various issues, reasons for tests… I’m very pleased. Will not prescribe Rx for items without additional appointments even though he renewed one of them without ever doing a test for it!!! This is nuts… sorry, time to find a new doctor, I no longer trust Dr Baker
