I just bought an iPhone and it wouldn’t charge when connected to the charger, brought it back today and they said I have to bring it to the Apple Store in Austin. not happy about it and when I get there they tell me that I didn’t have to bring it to the Apple Store because they should have swapped it when I went to AT&T. Apple told me they said to go their store because they didn’t wanna mess up their inventory and wasted 3 hours of my time and lied to me so they wouldn’t have to do anything when there wasn’t even anyone at the AT&T store. so don’t bother with AT&T just get your iPhone from the Apple Store it’ll save you time and hassle. so disappointed.

We have the Next plan so we get whatever iPhones are newest each year. We went to the store to get two iPhone 6s’s for my wife and I. The rep took time to review our accounts and usage and found that we could save over $ 100/month by restructuring our plans and getting on newer plans. This is a great example of helping the customer – we got our new phones and we’re paying over $ 100/month less. These guys get it. Very good service.

I put off getting a new phone for a while. This thing holds every detail of my life for goodness sake! Why risk loosing it!?! Bill R helped me with my transfer and was patient with my melt downs. I didn’t loose anything and got a new, bigger, badder, and better devise to hold my life. I highly recommend visiting this store. Especially if you’ve had bad experiences elsewhere. These guys will take care of you!!!
