A friend of mine who owns several commercial properties recommended David Tran of Air Conditioning and Heating Technology. I was more than happy with his work. He came out to my home on a Saturday to give me a quote without even charging me. I approved work and he got started Monday morning. He replaced my 3 ton Rheem condenser and coil for $ 2750. He even fixed a kink in my return air line and inspected my second AC unit for free. He gladly made all the adjustments I asked him to do. I found him to be very honest, fair, and hard working. I would highly recommend him. When your AC breaks in the summer, it can be a traumatizing event. It’s a real comfort to have someone will come out and fix it right away.
