Really wish I had read the reviews on Unilocal before contacting this company. We’ve had an appointment for a «free in home consultation» scheduled for weeks. Today, which is a holiday and the morning before our consultation, Jim Back sends this email to my wife:
«We have an appointment tomorrow at 9:30 AM. We are going to have to cancel the appointment; due to our capacity, we would not be able to provide services for you relocation. Thank you.»
We are closing on our house in less than two weeks and were really relying on this company to get us a quote and move us to Houston. Couldn’t be more disappointed with Jim Back and this company, which is the local franchisee for North American Van Lines. Contacted Bekins and already the experience has been much more professional.
