Every single month for the last four months. when we have to fill my kid’s prescription, there is some issue where they say they cant fill it because the prescription«violates state law» according to Jamie the absolutely clueless pharmacist or pharmacist assistant. She insists that the prescription has two separate prescriptions on one sheet when its actually two different DOSAGES… So today we then went to another Walgreens and they filled it with no problem… The pharmacist at the other Walgreens agreed that Jamie has NO idea what she is talking about… please get someone who actually knows how to do their job. you would think that Jamie actually knew what to do since she has been employed with Walgreens since 2000 according to her name badge… please retrain her or something… done with that Walgreens stay far away!

I only come here for the clinic when I can’t get into see my doc and it’s always hours long — appointment or no appointment. The nurses are good and really try to help and see to everyone. It’s just always busy regardless of day or time. The one time I used their pharmacy I had to wait for a very long time and they seemed understaffed or undertrained. Definitely could use some improvements!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I stopped going here many years back after I was told by pharmacy staff they could«no longer afford to care» for my sons prescriptions. He had 2 that needed to be brand name, both authorized by the doctor, and we were double covered as far as insurance goes(private/state as a secondary). That absolutely floored me and disgusted me at the same time. Then a Rx was called into here for a nebulizer. In case you’re unaware, a nebulizer is a breathing treatment. Here it is March 3rd, I was told it would be in 2 days ago, then yesterday, and now today a «piece is missing». On a prescription for someone that’s having breathing difficulties. TOTALLYINCOMPETENT. Avoid at all costs. ***EDIT***: a couple things. When I first went by to pick up the prescription, I was told by a female technician that it was«missing parts» and«they would be in tomorrow»(the following day). Two days later, I call to find out what’s going on with it. A gentleman answers the call, says there was a problem with the«way the doctor wrote the script». So 4 days ago, when the order was placed, it was«confusing» them. «Did anyone follow up on the script?», I asked. He put me on hold, came back and said he «just faxed the doctor». Because no one can give me THETRUTH, I called back and spoke with a pharmacist named Christopher(?). He said initially it had to do with the way the script was written, but then said it had to do with«more information being needed by the insurance company». I asked if I can assist, he said no. So for a BREATHINGAPPARATUS(nebulizer) to be going on 5 days without being filled, I’m pretty irritated. Again, THIS Walgreen’s has been nothing but a huge disappointment and totally incompetent.

Wish I someone could explain to me why it would take 30 minutes to fill a prescription? We were the ONLY customer there at 9:30 pm on a Friday night. Four people were working behind the counter. We had just come from the emergency room and my husband was in great pain. If you have ANY options to fill prescriptions — do not fill them here.

The take care clinic lost my insurance card, she took it to verify coverage but never gave it back to me !! I’ve called multiple times, no response.

The health center there sucks. They don’t respect appointment times or appointments period. They tell you that they’ll place an appointment for the next time you’re scheduled to come so they don’t make you drive all the way over there for no reason however they never g through with it. I wish they didn’t over promise and under deliver. They turn you away or make you wait 2 hours. For instance I had an appointment for a vaccination that I needed for school and when I went in at 11 when my appointment was scheduled for, I wasn’t seen until 12 o’clock because there were walk-in patients before me. What’s the point of having an appointment if walk-in patients get taken before you anyways? Then they had said they were going to schedule my follow up appointment for me because it was a two-part vaccine which they never did. I get there today and my appointment is invalid«there is no appointment for this patient» therefore I have to wait two hours just like a walk-in. They are a complete joke and once I get this second vaccine I will never come here again.

Pharmacy is really bad. They didnt fill my prescription for pain meds for my surgery as they got confused and didn’t even bother to call me to get clarification. I spoke with Martin at approximately 830pm on a Thursday to see if the prescription was ready for pickup. He said there was confusion and that they would take care of it, said it would be ready at 10pm. I called at 10pm to confirm and and spoke with marvin again apparently there was still confusion. He said the pharmacist joseph refused to fill a 3 part order as as the insurance wouldn’t cover one of the prescription. Marvin then hung up on me. I tried to call back and was on hold. I decided to drive to the store to straighten out. Long story short, I would never trust coming here again, if they cant use a little common sense to solve a very minor question, What confidence do I have that the meds are correct?

This location is generally very busy. Unfortunately, the staff has no idea what«sense of urgency» or «customer satisfaction» means. My wife and I stopped in for some cold medicine 3 days ago. We grabbed a bottle with no barcode by chance. With about 12 people in line, the cashier asked one employee if he could grab another with a barcode. This employee said he was on break while talking to a friend in the middle of all of the customer chaos. The second employee asked gave a huff and said«in a minute Im in the middle of putting this stuff away». My wife went to get another bottle herself. This is pretty common at this store. Many of the employees are a tad sarcastic and generally not helpful. They act like they are doing us a favor by helping us. I despise going to this location and try to avoid it at all costs.

Pharmacy is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. A script coming straight from their clinic took 45 minutes, and what’s worse is that it was eye drops that they just pulled from the shelf. Usually I wouldn’t mind, but I was there with my sick toddler waiting. Terrible! After I went to the counter to ask on an ETA, they hadn’t even started to put it together. After I asked, «Oh, it will just be 5 minutes» The worst part of my experience was with the clinic. The receptionist was very nice. The healthcare provider was AWFUL!!! He was incredibly rude and treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. My three year old has had a number of ear infections, and usually shows his symptoms with pink eye. When I first mentioned this, he rolled his eyes at me and then said he had never heard of this. Weird, my child’s pediatrician has confirmed this to be the case, as well as another Walgreens clinic. He then proceeded to have my three year old do an eye exam. UMMMM, for pink eye? The rest of the appointment was basically the healthcare provider making rude comments and questioning everything I said. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor for my child. Don’t have patience when it comes to care for my child. Will not be returning to this clinic and I’m switching prescriptions to the Hainesville location.

Staff is rude and don’t understand what they are doing, store always smells and is thrown all over the place. Very dirty, overcrowded and this Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves for the way they operate. Pharmacy staff is so rude it makes me sick thinking about it. They don’t understand anything and that is one reason why I do not EVER use Walgreens for my medication. I think the only thing that is good about this Walgreens is the lights work properly. kind of. The sign outside spells Wageens and phones at drive thru never work so we are forced to go inside. What’s the point of a drive thru if we have to go in anyway. Absolutely pathetic. Will NEVER be back! EVER!

Always meet my needs, and cashiers are always friendly. This place is always packed from open to close:-) this place would get 5 stars but it needs a food center to be perfect.

Store is the usual. Pharmacy has started getting my prescriptions wrong recently or doesn’t call ahead when there’s an issue. Easy for pick up though and staff generally treats people well.
