Worst customer service ever. Girl working can only say YUP no thank you no nothing. Will take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I shipped a package from this location. The package made it to the state I was shipping it to. However, it got sent back to me do to it being damaged in shipping. This is the totally unprofessional part… UPS refused to honor their damage insurance. They claimed the item was not packaged correctly. Let me get this straight… you take my money, pick up the item from the store, ship it halfway across the country, admit to damaging it, don’t give the receiver a chance to even look at the item, ship it back to me, and NOW mysteriously, it’s not packaged correctly. really? Then to make things worse, UPS will not talk to me because they will only talk to the shipper. Which in this case technical was shipped by the UPS store. Now here is the biggest disappointment. the store would not stand up for me and demand at least me shipping charges. So, now I am out $ 110 with no recourse at all. I will not use UPS again. If they are the last shipper on Earth, I will absolutely not ship from a UPS store. I would drive it there myself before using this particular UPS store… shame on you. if I were the owner of this store, I would invest in some customer service classes.
