So McDonald’s has this game where they email you your prize if you win. One of the rules says you can show it in your phone or print it out. Go in and show it on the phone and they don’t accept it.
This place has gone downhill. Sometimes they will say the code you get for rating them is not good as well.
Well, bought a coke anyway just so I could rate them online. Guess what, it’s going to be all bad.
They should be cut to $ 5.00 an hour. Do not support the $ 15 an hour movement.
There’s a reason this is considered entry level. If they are good workers, they will move on or move up.

Burgers are good and everything comes out fast but this is one of the McDonald’s that uses the frying grease too long and it leaves a weird smell on the fries and nuggets.
Talked to the manager and had to get refunds or non fried items, usually try to go to the grayslake location as they replace the oil more routinely.

I was in this restaurant tonight ordered my food which took 10 minutes to get… then my son was waiting to order and they ignored him never acknowledged him. I don’t understand this. …hire more friendly ppl and would it kill to smile at ppl!!!

Brian was the most amazing worker I have seen in any fast food establishment. Friendly, helpful, and truly understands his customers. If he doesnt deserve a raise… I dont know who does

It’s Mc Donald’s … Ive never been blown away by their customer service or food but you know what you are getting and you get it fast which is a plus when you are on the go.
I like this location as it was a decent sized play area (play place) for the kiddos.
The construction going on at the moment is horrible but getting to the Micky D’s isn’t that difficult.

This is a really nice McDonalds… one of my favorites!!! It is a great place to meet friends because there are comfortable sofas and overstuffed chairs by a fireplace, closed-​caption TV, great coffee and food, friendly staff, and squeaky clean environment!!! The delicious strawberry lemonade, sundaes, salads, and fresh french fries makes it a welcome hangout for all ages. I drive from Milwaukee here to meet my best friend. You won’t be disappointed!
