I stopped by here twice this past summer. Once was yesterday night and the other time was a few weeks prior. Both times the staff has been super nice. My drinks were made correctly and fairly quickly.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the best one I’ve ever visited. The staff is very very friendly and outgoing and even sometimes ask you how your days going, they are very personable. They’re kind and they go out of their way to answer any questions you may have about the menu including which sandwiches are low-​calorie. I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts on a daily basis sometimes even twice a day and I’ve never had a bad experience.

If there was one word to describe this Dunkin’ Donuts location it would be «inconsistent». The staff at this location are either incredibly kind and friendly or incredibly rude and dismissive. Furthermore, the drinks are either made perfectly or completely wrong. There is very little consistency at this DD location for both customer service and product quality. On many occasions here I have received the incorrect product or an improperly prepared product.

Let me start off by saying Dunkin Donuts is a great company.
The one at this location has been one of the most stressful ones. They get the order on the receipt but don’t get me the right order in the bag. I understand they get busy, but they need go communicate better to get the order right.

The typical run of the mill Dunkin Donuts. The staff are friendly & efficient. They handle both the drive thru & counter customers quickly. The drive thru line can be a bit congested due to how the lot is set up.
Perhaps my favorite thing about this particular location is that they have vanilla cream filled, donuts… which not all of them carry.
