Bought a Certified Infinity recently and the experience was good. The Salesman was friendly and did not feel the pressure of buying. The experience with the GM when it came to price negotiation was a little different and he wasn’t as friendly as the used care salesman (can you believe that!). The process took longer than what I thought, but ultimately was able to get out with my car. Had some minor issues (Manual, carpets and stain) which they took care of it without any issues. Overall I had a good experience with them

Post a car on their website and all major sites that is apparently wholesale only. 4 days later and it is still up. Called to inquire and no one calls back. Car is still listed on their website. Deceptive company and no response. I thought car dealers were supposed to try and sell cars.

My experience with this dealer for a service visit exceeded my expectations and I recommend them highly for carefully diagnosing a problem, suggesting a good fix for a problem I have had for years that another Infiniti dealer never suggested. Terry Fry is recommended too for his pleasant manner and attention to detail.

I had four new tires and a wheel alignment done today. He got me in and out in under an hour and a half. The facility is clean and super comfortable. I would recommend this Infiniti dealership to anyone who is in the market for an Infiniti or just wants to get service done on their Infiniti.

Thought I would start going to NTB at Alabama Road (Crossvile Rd} in Roswell for oil change and tire rotation with my 4 cars. It would be so convenient to make my appointments around my workout schedule next door at LA Fitness.
The GMC & Chevrolet dealerships usually charge me $ 45.00 for tire rotation and synthetic oil change, BUT NTB charged me $ 75.00 for the same service. Anyway I took 3 of my cars in and had the work done, only because the convenience. I also took in my 2013 Infiniti G 37 which by the way had a small leak on the right rear tire. They changed the oil and did not rotate the tire because they told me I had a screw in it. Further they told me that the screw was in such a way that they could not plug the tire, and since the tire (from the factory) according to NTB was a «special» tire, the total cost to replace one tire would be $ 410.00. I said, «no thank you» paid my $ 75.00 and left.
While driving away I called Roswell Infiniti where I had purchased the car and told them about my screw in the tire. They said, «come on in and let us take a look at it»
I did and within 5 minutes they had removed the screw and plugged the tire !
They told me that it was an easy plug and that the tire did not need to be replaced !!
That from a dealership !!!
I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO ANY NTB TIRE STORE. NEVER !!!

If there was a rating lower than one star that is what Roswell Infiniti should receive. Everytime I have been to the dealership I have received service that is so bad it is comical.
This time completing an inspection the dealership failed to disclose any of the findings that were included in the paper work. When I tried to reschedule an appointment to get the issues addressed the response was we have an opening in two weeks.
Avoid this overpriced dealership for any repairs or maintenance and buy your car from a dealership that has their act together.

I brought my Infiniti here for service. A window wasn’t closing all the way and my tire pressure light kept turning on. They called to let me know that the window motor needed to be replaced along with the fan belts. I trusted them and gave the green light to do all the repairs. The cost ended up being about $ 900 — I knew the would be higher given that it is a dealership and not a standalone repair shop, but I thought the cost seemed high. I ended up calling around after the work was done and found quotes for less than half of the cost! Also, they did the testing on the tire pressure light and said nothing was wrong. Yet still charged me $ 43 to tell me nothing was wrong. The light was turned off but then came back on the next day. I brought the car to Kauffman Tire and they tested it, said the sensors were working fine and charged me $ 0 for it. And I didn’t even have any other work done there! Roswell Infiniti quoted me about $ 250 to have the tire sensors replaced if that ends up being the long term issue whereas Kauffman Tire quoted me about $ 80. That in itself speaks volumes. I emailed Roswell Infiniti to let them know about my dissatisfcation and never received a response back. I will never bring my car back here and will disuade others from doing so.

I had a good purchase experience here, but service here really represents Infiniti badly. I called on a Friday for minor repairs under warranty. They told me that they only do that Monday — Thursday and to bring it in next Tuesday. I told the service representative that I would all another Infiniti dealership and he said that would be fine. That’s the last time that we go to Roswell because Infiniti of Decatur took it in immediately!

Used for a few years until I was brave enough to leave the dealership repair. I have an older infiniti — often encountered a condescending attitude when I pulled up. Had an alignment done, car was still pulling, went back 4 times. Finally took a test drive with the manager, and as the car quickly headed for the curb when letting go of the wheel, he told me that was due to the natural arc of the road. I guess he thought woman + car = stupid. I told him to rotate the tires in case that was the cause. They did and no more pulling! I guess he was the stupid one. Also misdiagnosed an oil leak — expensive, of course. Went somewhere else, got correct diagnosis and inexpensive bill.

I took my car into Roswell Infiniti due to a malfunctioning temperature gauge causing my engine to overheat. Diagnosis was simply the thermostat needed to be replaced. Roswell Infiniti (service writer Mark Crutchfield) wanted $ 450 to change the thermostat. Now, I know taking a car to a dealership for servicing is just asking to be price gouged, but $ 450 to change a thermaostat is just ridiculous. Even $ 250 would have been more fair. So I paid a $ 65 diagnosis fee and left. I called a local shop around the corner from my house and even with purchasing genuine Infiniti parts the total bill was only $ 124.00. So, I guess the bottom line is if you want to be overcharged you take your car into a dealership. Personally, I do not know that the overcharging for service at Roswell Infiniti is any better or worse than any other dealership would be in a similar situation. Alright, let’s be real… Roswell Infiniti is probably worse… You would have to just fall off a turnip truck to pay their charges carte blanche. Buyer beware.

I brought my car in for repairs and was told they’d be covered by the warranty. They kept my car for about a month, and AFTER they performed the work, which was entirely diagnostic and did not fix my car, they told me it wasn’t covered by the warranty and handed me a bill for $ 1,500. Moreover, the bill included work I did not authorize and which they performed AFTER they had apparently determined it was not covered under the warranty. AND they still could not tell me what was wrong with the car. Unfortunately, Infiniti does not have any say over the dealerships, who are all independent, and so the company would not help me. I had it towed to a nearby AAMCO, who easily diagnosed and fixed the problem in a few days. I live about ten minutes away, but I’d drive to another dealership if I had to go to one.

The service department is top notch! They get you in and out when they say they will with no surprises or a push for additional services. I like that they are professional and courteous without being butt-​kissers.
Yes, I bought my car here but I have had it serviced at another location as well. The difference is remarkable and I won’t go anywhere else again.

Long Story
Took my year old Infiniti into this shop for oil change and investigation of a check engine light. Initially the service adviser Mark suggested that I need to get my 15k mile service. And he listed what was included in the service
Oil Change
Air Filter
Microfilter for Air Conditioning
Alignment
Tires Rotated
Lubricating a few odds and ends.
I informed him that I just had the car aligned and could he please quote me a price minus the alignment. My jaw dropped when he said $ 462. There is no reason any car should need a $ 500 service at 15K miles. He said the reason it was so high is because they had to take the glove compartment out to replace the microfilter for the air conditioner. Later I looked up the pro I should have gotten cold feet and left at this point. They were obviously trying to pad the bill.
Instead I had them change the oil and rotate the tires. When he passed me the estimate of $ 108 I almost laughed. The oil change was reasonable at $ 43($ 10 increase over last time). But they wanted to $ 65 to rotate the tires. Again another attempt to inflate the bill. I am sorry but the last time I checked that only involved removing 16 nuts moving the tires and putting the nuts back on. With proper equipment it should not take more than 15 mins. At that rate the guy changing the tires would be billing at a rate close to $ 260 per hour. I am sorry that is more than rates for a very good attorney in town. No offense to any mechanics out there. But I don’t think guy changing tires is the top of the food chain in the Auto Service Industry and even if he was, he would not be drawing that kind of billable rate unless he was working on race cars.
So I inform them to only change the oil and research the source of the check engine light. I receive a call 5 hours later informing that the check engine light is being caused by a severed wire running from the «Engine Wiring Harness» to the O2 sensor. And they allege that it is damage sustained in an accident and it is not covered by the warranty. The total repair will cost $ 2300. Because it will require me purchasing a new engine wiring harness. But, he could get half a harness and we could knock it down to around $ 1198.
The engine harness is essentially a bundle of wires. They go all over the engine. The 02 sensor is 1 wire out of hundreds. There is no need to replace the entire harness to fix 1 wire. You can splice wires together in a safe manner for far less than an hour’s labor. Furthermore you can’t buy half a harness it isn’t modular in the sense that you can purchase a half. I informed them do not do any more work on the car I will be there to pick it up.
Once arriving he immediately starts saying that he is trying to save me money etc…
I outlined all of my grievances in an admittedly abrupt manner
–I didn’t think that a $ 43 oil change should inflate to a $ 1000++ service. Especially when the car is only a year old and covered under the factory warranty.
–You started by trying to talk me into a $ 500 service I don’t need.
–When I balked at that you tried to slip in an overpriced tire rotation and then squeeze me for a service that I believe should be under warranty. I find it hard to believe that the harness was yanked by some object that did not do any damage to any other area to my car. Unless the harness was already loose and dangling.
At this point the service manager came over and said I needed to pay and leave or he was going to have the police remove me from the property. He is saying this to a customer!!! And not just a customer of the service department but I bought a $ 50K car from them. And they are going to call the police? Insane…
I asked for all of the documentation. They handed me the invoice and tried to shuffle away some other papers. I asked for copies of them. He said they were the same. Again, he was being dishonest the papers he was withholding had the part # on it. It contained hand written notes not contained on the documents he provided to me. Even though I was to be paying a diagnostic fee. Again I asked him to make copies and again he was reluctant to provide them until I said my next step will involve an attorney.
I asked them straight up that you are willing to stake your reputation and say that this truly an honest estimate. They wouldn’t say yes. On top of that they overcharged me on my diagnostic fee.
Called another shop they gave me an estimate $ 120 to repair the one wire. As a person who recently bought from them. This would have been a perfect time to cement a relationship. Instead they tried to squeeze more cash from me.

I’ve been using Roswell Infinity since they first opened, buying one of their first sales… and am happily still buying.
IF you are looking for PREMIUM service and to be treated like an intelligent adult. this is the place to buy or have your car serviced.
It’s unbelievably easy to purchase a car here… no gimmicks, no hard sell, just basic friendly man-​to-​man talk… and you have a reasonable deal.
The service department is what keeps me coming back. You call and they give you a reservation time… when you arrive, they come out to greet you by name, have your computer listing ready, and frequently you are out in the free loaner Infinity in five minutes. No fuss, no hassle, no bull. The repair prices are reasonable, and the car is always fixed the first time… correctly.
Smart guys, these… I’ll buy their cars, because they KEEP my business… don’t you wish everyone still did that?

Had my vehicle serviced there and I gotta say, my service writer, David Levitt, did an awesome job of conveying my issues to the service tech to ensure my complete satisfaction with the service department. My car runs like a new vehicle again and while it was a bit pricey, the car is back in tiptop shape. The suggestions offered by David were all implemented and as I said that car runs flawlessly.
The waiting area is also very comfortable with wi-​fi, TV and a business center.
Not having experienced the sales side of Roswell Infinity I can’t comment the level of service a new car buyer will experience, but if you own an Infinity and are looking for a service location, I strongly suggest you visit their service department. You will not regret it your decision to service your vehicle at Roswell Infinity, ask for David he is an awesome service writer.
