Established in 2013.

Dr. Courtney Rosenthal has been serving as a veterinarian in the East Cobb/​Marietta/​Roswell area for years, and opened Rose Animal Hospital in March of 2013. It is our aim to combine advanced medicine and technology with a personal approach to caring for your animals. Dr. Rosenthal is educated on the most current and healthiest treatment methods available, and she is committed to helping you better understand how to manage all aspects of your pet’s health and well-​being.

I have a small mixed puppy and recently one evening he jumped at the chance to chow down on a chicken wing bone. I quickly took him to a Cobb County late night emergency center which after spending $ 485 for an exam and 2 X-​rays, was told that surgery was the best option. Quite frankly, I felt I was being pressured into an expensive procedure more for them to make money than to care for my dog.
At the recommendation of my daughter, I went to Rose Animal Hospital the next day for a follow-​up. There, I found a very concerned & caring environment and with another X-​Ray found that the bone was being dissolved by my dog’s digestive system and given food recommendations for the next several days.
I would definitely recommend Rose Animal Hospital for anyone looking for a vet services. I live in East Cobb, but the service, environment and value are well worth the drive.

I have only been to one other vet clinic in my life in Kentucky, as I just moved to Georgia in August. Let me just say that Rose Animal Hospital was a great choice by being my only choice, as they were able to work with me to get my cat fixed. They’re so friendly and took very good care of my cat. Dr. Lopez is amazing at what she does, and the whole staff makes the visit easier for myself and my cat.

Very caring. Dr Rosenthal is very caring and personable. My dog is not nervous when I bring her for her visits, the techs that work with her have been really sweet and patient. I have never felt like they are in a hurry and don’t have time for my pet. I am very pleased to have switched to her practice. I have already told some of my neighbors.

It is so comforting to know that all the staff at Rose Animal Hospital care about our fur babies so much. Everyone is so kind, accommodating, and professional. Dr. Rosenthal and Dr Lopez take time to explain what’s going on with our babies and answer any questions in a way I can understand. Also, thanks Mike for putting up with all my anxious calls with questions

Call in to make an appointment as a new patient for my dog Oscar at 8am. Got an appointment for 9am on the same day. Got to the vet and immediately get attention. Staffs are trained and asked good questions. I am new to the vet and luckily I can trust them to treat my dog. 5⁄5 stars.

We had our first visit on Saturday with our puppy, Jake! I was immediately impressed with the adorable and welcome waiting area. We were quickly seen which I appreciated being there with a puppy and 3 kids ha! The tech was so gentle and thoughtful and they didn’t perform any services we didn’t need, instead listened to me and gave us exactly what we came for with information and samples to take with us. It was a great experience for Jake who soaked up the love and affection — which was the most important for us as he is a service dog candidate. I don’t think he even noticed his shot. Our visit was so reasonably affordable, and I feel like we will get much better care here than at Banfield or similar locations. Looking forward to a long relationship with Dr Rosenthal and her staff.

Brought Buddy the dog in for some stomach issues and was taken care of very quickly. They even hooked Buddy up with a bath before I came to get him.
I used to live near downtown Roswell, but moved about 30 minutes away on the far end of Alpharetta and still bring Buddy here. Thanks for taking good care of my pup for the past 2 years!

First time going to RAH and I am so glad I found them. The staff took time to educate me on questions and concerns I had for Lucy, my chi-​mix. Very friendly and warm to both of us.
The office both inside and outside were clean and well kept. I could not find anything wrong with my appointment in general.

Rose Animal Hospital is terrific. Besides a hospital, it is an office to take pets for exams, shots, and health certificates. Dr Rosenthal is terrific. She takes personal care in all of her patients, and she is very thorough. The staff person at front desk (her name is Courtney), is very helpful. I was checking on getting my dog a health certificate for airline travel. She went out of her way to research and find out exactly what I needed.
You will be very pleased with their kindness, dedication, and knowledge.

I have a troublesome Siamese who was having issues with crystals in his urine. Dr. Rosenthal and her staff went above and beyond in taking care of my Floof. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible!
Dr. Rosenthal is so sweet and is amazing with her patients. She has such a kind heart and her service and care is so obviously genuine. They’ve had to babysit my fur baby while I was at work for a week and I had zero worries because I know they treat him like he’s one of theirs.
The office itself feels so very homey and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I’ve been to a couple vets with my cats, some in Massachusetts where I’m originally from, and another in Georgia. My vet search is over, I would never go anywhere else.

This place is legit. Please leave pets mart and come here! You will save so much money and these ppl actually care about your pet. You are in and out so quick. They never over charge for anything. We drive from Buckhead and it’s totally worth it.

Sometimes you have so many good things to say about a place that you’re not even sure where to start. In my case, I’ll just start at the beginning. I first met the friendly folks at Rose Animal Hospital when I was in an absolute panic. I’d only just moved into my new apartment about a week before, and while I was meaning to find a vet in the area, I hadn’t quite gotten around to it yet.
Of course, my need for a vet came up a lot sooner than planned. In the middle of a walk, my lab let out a very painful yell, and I looked down to see that she’d cut a toenail almost clean off, all the way down the quick. I managed to clean it up but knew she needed to see a pro. I found Rose Animal Hospital through a Unilocal search, and even though they were closing in about 20 minutes, they agreed to stay so that they could check her out for me. She ended up having surgery and staying for two days! It was a scary thing to go through unexpectedly, but I never doubted that she was in the right hands. I haven’t even considered seeing another vet in the area since meeting the great people here.
RAH has everything most pet owners look for in a vet. They’re genuinely concerned with your pet, they take great care of the animals in their care, and they’re good people. Prices are absolutely fair, and the facilities are always clean. I recommend them without reservation!

When my dog was bit by a copperhead and I was rushing down Woodstock Road towards the vet, I reached a literal and figurative crossroad at once — go straight and arrive at Roswell Animal or turn right and head to Rose Animal Hospital.
I’m glad I went right; Dr. Courtney Rosenthal saved my dogs life that week in the hospital. They are the very best!

Dr. Rosenthal & the awesome staff at Rose Animal Hospital saved our dogs life!
After the previous veterinary clinic dropped the ball with little Zoey and missed that she had a massive UTI, I took her to Dr. Rosenthal. Luckily it was caught in time because my furbaby had over 30 bladder stones from the infection having gone on so long! Dr. Rosenthal is through and the staff is incredible!
They also do «Movies with Mutts» seasonally where you can bring the whole family out for an evening on the front lawn with popcorn and a cheerful movie! Simply as good as it gets!

The owner and staff are very outgoing. Always helpful and accommodating to our busy work schedules.
