RCS Pool & Spa is owned by Reaves Newsom of Roswell, GA. Over his 20-​plus year career in the pool industry Reaves has touched thousands of pool installations and renovations across the South. That breadth of knowledge includes both the residential and commercial sides of the business and operating them at peak performance. By obtaining technical certifications through the APSP (Association of Pool and Spa Professionals, formerly National Spa and Pool Institute or NSPI) his education became a fundamental underpinning of his growth and success in the industry. Reaves currently holds the Certified Building Professional (CBP®) designation, the highest builder’s certification available through the APSP
