Pet Fancy

This is a fun little shop with items not found in box stores. We enjoy stopping in however the prices are quite high. We save purchases here for specials occasions. (i.e. My sweet goldens birthday)

It’s was raining outside and came across the pet shop. Since I love dogs, I’d decided to venture inside. Oh my what a beautiful little house decorated with lots of inventory of dog paraphernalia. Tshirts, tags, stuffed animal toys, precious ceramic cutouts of various dogs over the door décor, and yes, a doggie bakery. I selected the doggie bone for my dog and she loved it! The rain stopped so we headed outside and oh I was so excited to see multitude of stuffed dogs sitting on the porch!!! I was in doggie heaven. Love this shop and can’t wait to visit again soon. And almost forgot! Hi Pumpkin — he’s the orange tabby that lives inside the shop.

This is a great little shop. We feed our two fur babies Fromms and the always have it in stock, being right down the road that makes it a sure shot.
A little pricey but it’s because it’s a small mom and pop place and personally I’d rather contribute to small local business, especially since the folks that work there are always so sweet.

We have a doggie with colitis who will get real sick if he so much as looks at the wrong dog food. It was a bit scary before he got diagnosed as we were already having a hard time keeping weight on him, but the solution has been super simple, feed him good food and don’t let him eat too many table scraps. I guess even dogs need wholesome fare.
After much experimenting we found a great dog food called Lotus which not only doesn’t make him sick, but which he loves. When we lived in Seattle we could find it anywhere, fast forward to our move to Atlanta and there is only one place which sells it, thanks be that this is that place because aside from stocking the food in many flavors it also carries a plethora of adorable toys and treats.
Our picky pup is able to eat their baked treats and loves them and if we need a nice toy for him or one of his buddies (lots of dogs in our extended family) these guys always deliver. You aren’t gonna find five varieties of everything as this is a small store but you will likely find the best of what you need. Plus, the small space adds to the charm and if you are in Historic Roswell you know it’s all about the charm, this place certainly delivers there.
Finally, the owner is a gem of a human being whom you can tell really loves animals and takes pride in his place. Just one example of his awesomeness: We were all out of food once and were caught by surprise by it (we thought we had some more in the bag and when we went to fill his tupperware we were shocked to be out) and so we ran to the store. It took a bit longer to get there than we had hoped and as we were pulling up he was locking up. Seeing that we needed something he opened back up and helped us so that the pup had food. Not only that, he was nice about it! I love little mom and pop local stores with owners like this and for that reason I will always come here first before looking anywhere else for our pet needs.

You really can’t get a better pet boutique than this place! Located in the heart of beautiful historic Roswell, this little gem is worth a trip! The owners really couldn’t be nicer and are so knowledgable in healthy, holistic pet care and foods. The store only carries the most premium pet foods all at decent pricing. We were on the fence with what to get, so the owner offered us some samples to take home and let our furbabies tell us what they liked! So awesome!
The boutique also sells incredibly adorable gifts, toys, strollers, beds, clothes, and lawn décor. I always love visiting this store!

What a great place for pets, these folks (husband and wife team) really know their products and are incredibly knowledgable about dogs (I’m sure equally knowledgable about cats, et al) but I only have a dog.
Their toys are top drawer, their dog food selection, while not as extensive as the larger pet stores, is the very best quality.
If you’re interested in the best for your critter, I highly recommend your checking these folks out.
