I dealt with agent Rachel Lopes, located in Roswell, GA. She was very disorganized and never truthful. She would make appointments that she could never keep, always blaming «traffic». Disregarded my concerns as a potential tenant. Would never answer my phone calls or emails. Disappointed in the «move-​in cleaning» service. I was expecting an actual professional cleaning crew and not Rachel herself and some other girl who had supposedly been «cleaning» during the previous 2 or 3 weeks.
Felt rushed to sign the lease even though there were still major issues with the property. Was given empty promises and property was still unacceptable at time of move-​in. If you want to keep your sanity, steer clear!!! You’ve been advised.
