DANG! NOW THAT’S HOW YOU DO IT!
Trevor J. has single-​handedly restored my faith in Toyota of Roswell. He is a recent hire but probably their best move of 2016. My previous experience was not very positive. However, due to the General Manager’s gracious response to my previous review I was willing to give them another opportunity to win our business.
I went in today with my husband and the first thing I notice is that the truck sitting at the front entrance is open, good move since this is one complaint I had earlier. I did not find it necessary to lock vehicles that are literally sitting at the door. Convenience is always appreciated.
We explored the truck and then went inside to check out the van on the showroom floor. We are exploring when Trevor approaches us. We introduce ourselves and request a test drive. I like him immediately because he is professional, polished, articulate and has a nice presence. He has great customer service skills because he is engaging without being pushy, obnoxious or boring. Throughout the time we spent with him today, there was nothing about him that said «I am as green as a bean» because he had a quiet confidence about him. This is important to me because I am about building relationships and trust so that I have a reliable resource for future purchases. I prefer to use the same business repeatedly and will not stray unless I suddenly have a very negative experience that can’t be rectified. Customer service is everything to me. If you treat me well, you will have a very loyal customer.
As we exit the building to start out test drive, Trevor decides that it is too cold and that he will bring the car around to the front. Cool! We go off and get refreshments and wait for Trevor outside. After a while we suspect that Trevor is inside looking for us so we go back inside only to realize that Trevor has actually pulled the van into the dealership so that we can totally avoid the cold.
Now that is customer service taken to a totally different level! (INSERT APPLAUSE).
We take the test drive and are very impressed with the Sienna. It is comfortable, handles well and has great features. We have another vehicle that we are considering. However, I can tell you that if we do decide to purchase the Sienna, it will be because of Trevor and the excellent service provided today.

I had a breathtaking experience with this dealership and the people I mentioned above. They were very courteous, professional, kind and straight forward. I spoke with 5 different dealerships and they were the only ones who answered my questions promptly and unambiguously. They gave me an amazing deal on a 2015 Prius.
My wife and I feel very happy about our purchase at Nalleys and I look forward to doing more business with them. A special shout out to Jason who stood with my wife and I very late at night going into details about the warranties and the specifics about the contract we were signing. He was very patient, outgoing, knowledgeable and had the best interest at heart.
I highly recommend this dealership and the people I mentioned above.

Sigh… Since the GM or his representative responded to my review, I called him and was never able to speak with him. I decided to go to the dealership instead of continuing the phone chase. The GM was there. The receptionist called him and told him I was there, and he sent another manager out named Ron. I explained my negative equity situation and Ron stated he would try to find me a car that would put me in a better position. He then introduced me to a salesman. Ron instructed the salesman to show me a Demo 2015 Camry. I drove it and thought it was nice. Now for the not so nice part. They brought me an offer for the car claiming a $ 9500 discount. The MSRP was about $ 32k and they «discounted» it to about $ 24k. I thought that was a bit high considering it was not a new vehicle, and I believed that MSRP was for a new one. My husband text me during this exchange and I ended up looking up the value on KBB entering all of the specs. According to KBB, the retail value was $ 23k. So that $ 9500 wasn’t a discount, it should have been the «discounted» price in the first place. The salesman went to another site and procured a value that had a range from $ 23k to $ 27k. So even his trusted site reflected a lower retail value they were trying to claim as well. So I told him they would have to come down farther than $ 24k because that was over the KBB retail value and I didn’t want to start off further in the negative. The salesman tried to argue that the car had extra trimmings on it, but I told him I selected all of them when I pulled up KBB. They also quoted me an interest rate that was more than I wanted. So, the salesman went back to talk it over with Ron. Ron came back out and rudely stated that he was declining my offer and that they weren’t doing any more negotiating. He slammed his «offer» down and stormed off. At this point, I’d had it. I didn’t come by there to deal with any attitude. I ended up leaving and going to another dealership. I purchased a car and was given an interest rate significantly lower than Nalley Toyota offered. Yet again, poor service. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Nalley Toyota got their second chance and completely ruined it. They are dishonest, shady, and rude.

Jose is the MAN! Whenever I make my appointment for my Camry he’s the person I always go with. He’s professional and informative about the vehicles. He’s really good at his job. I’ve lived closer to other Toyota dealerships, but this is the only one that I’ll bring my vehicle to. I’ve been to the one in the Sandy Springs location and it’s not as welcoming and inviting as the Alpharetta location. I had a Corolla and I’ve upgraded to the Camry due to an accident. The Toyota brand is a really good reliable brand to go with on the road. It’s best to bring the vehicle to this Toyota dealership so they may keep it going as long as possible. The entire staff is awesome. Even my Sales Advisor John «Jay» Joyce, that helped me with my 2015 Camry, is amazing. Jay was so very helpful when I was car shopping. The car buying was easy, smooth and quick. I definitely recommend Toyota of Roswell.

I wonder why all the negative reviews? Seriously! I went to this dealer a total of 4 times during this purchasing cycle. My salesman, Fulton, was a breath of fresh air. I was very clear to him on how I wanted to see this moving forward and he respected my wishes and gave me wonderful care without all the pressure. If he did not know the answer he asked another salesman or a manager. This in of itself earned my trust.
When I finally decided to purchase the 2015 Hybrid Avalon Touring vehicle the first offer to me was a little high. Doc Peal came by and we had a wonderful discussion and we were able to work out a deal that may be acceptable to me. I told him I wanted to sleep on it. He respected my wishes. This was on Saturday.
On Sunday I came in and purchased the vehicle. The entire staff was wonderful and easy to deal with.
I am 54 years old, I know I don’t look it, but honestly this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I showed up for an appointment for service for my Camry that I thought I scheduled at the Roswell location. Turned out I scheduled it inadvertently at a Toyota dealership on the other side of Atlanta. But no worries! Katelyn to the rescue! Now keep in mind this was at 5pm on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON. When we both realized my mistake, she could not have been more gracious and got me right in for service anyway. Such royal treatment! I was probably not there for more than an hour-​just enough time to drink a yummy latte at the coffee bar and catch up on the news while my car was serviced. So glad I own a Toyota and thankful the Nalley Toyota of Roswell is close by!

On Wednesday, August 19, 2015, what had been a fun, adventurous experience was turned into a nightmare due to the behavior of a sales manager at Nalley Toyota of Roswell.
I had scheduled an appointment on Wednesday morning with Andrea, the new-​car sales consultant, to visit noon the same day. I arrived at the dealership and was pleasantly greeted by Andrea. She immediately led me outdoors to view the two Toyota RAV4 vehicles I had come to see. I liked them both, particularly the one with the sunroof. Andrea and I went to her desk to discuss prices. Per her request, I immediately gave her my driver’s license, which she photocopied. I told her that I had a TrueCar certificate, and my paperwork for the Toyota military discount. I reiterated my interest in the LXE, since it had a sunroof. Andrea left her desk to consult with the sales manger.
She returned with an offer. I asked her to discuss the possibility of obtaining the LXE for a stated «out-​the-​door» price. She returned with a man whose face was beet red. I stood, extended my hand, and introduced myself. He shook my hand but did not introduce himself. I sat down, and he began to talk at me in a stern, loud, angry voice. He stated that he was «just so offended» by my offer. He stated that he was «done with» me. He expressed other thoughts and feelings about being offended; I do not recall what they were, considering I was completely taken aback by his behavior. I also noticed the faces of the many other people in earshot of his voice and noticed how uncomfortable they looked due to his rude, insulting behavior towards me.
I attempted to assuage the situation by asking about the LE. He completely ignored what I was saying and continued walked away. I simply stayed seated at Andrea’s desk in effort to maintain my composure and to not react in any manner to the extreme disrespect I had just suffered. I sat, and I smiled at Andrea, who looked dazed and sympathetic. I saw that she was handing back the photocopy of my driver’s license, which to me meant that she was instructed that I was no longer welcome there and was to leave. Despite that, I began to ask Andrea about the LE model just to calm myself down and to not leave so abruptly after being so openly disrespected. Andrea engaged my questions, even after I told her there was no way on earth I could make a purchase there after what happened. No doubt she understood.

Not only has this dealership given a bad car buying experience, but they’ve turned me off to Toyota 4Runners all together. I read all the bad reviews before walking in here and I should’ve trusted them. Everyone here is on a different system and neither can offer what the other has promised. I’ve never been to a dealership that DID’NT want to sell me a car so badly as Nalley Toyota. I will take my business elsewhere.

Rude & condescending doesn’t begin to describe this dealership. I am in the market for a new 15′ Toyota Camry XSE (which I previously owned but it got totaled in an accident) and after having my time wasted by physically visiting dealerships during my last car purchase, I decided to contact the dealerships via email requesting an out-​the-​door quote in order to narrow down my choices and compare prices. Of the eight dealers I contacted, six replied immediately with no hassle & one requested they could only give me a quote via phone which is fine.
Mark Capozza (the GM of Sales) @ Nalley Toyota of Roswell was the ONLY person who refused to provide me with the information. He insisted several times that I provide him with my complete physical address which I felt was unnecessary. I did inform him that I was a GA resident and had provided him with the exact same description of the car I needed down to the packages and all that I told the other dealers. He was rude not only via email but even via a phone call two days later.
I even stopped by the dealership the following day and both Mark Capozza (sales manager) & Robert Gagliardi (General Manager) refused to speak to me in person although they were at the dealership and free of any tasks after I told the sales rep attending to me (Dwight Wood) what had happened.
On the phone (which is recorded) he went to explain the reason he insists on a physical address is because their dealership don’t wish to waste their time selling vehicles to people who live far outside the region of Roswell as they tend not to come back for future car services. Yes, he actually said this to me on the phone! Moreover, he asked me if I was a «price» shopper or a «value» shopper as price shoppers don’t understand the true worth of the cars they sell which usually come with preinstalled add ons such as tinted windows and clear bra protection.
As you can imagine, I will NOT be doing any business with this dealership and ironically I do live 10mins away from them (Alpharetta) but I can’t stand a dealership that cherry picks who they wish to sell a vehicle to and lack any courtesy when dealing with customers. These guys feel they are on top of the world.
I am currently speaking with other dealerships via email & have crossed Nalley Toyota of Roswell off my list. Funny enough, Nalley Toyota of Stone-​Crest have been very cooperative and friendly via email and Destini Copeland (Internet Sales) has been very helpful.
Please do yourself a favor and head over to «Atlanta Toyota» or «World Toyota» or ANY other dealership except these clowns @ Nalley Toyota of Roswell.

I went back a second time, with my husband this time– and it was much better! Also, I had two people follow up on my review so I hope some changes are put into effect!

After posting my (very) negative review about Nalley Toyota of Roswell, I was contacted by them. For starters, it seems like the GM writes the replies, but do not be fooled by this. He does not. You can clearly see that someone else posted using his name at the top of the response. To make matters worse, it seems that the GM is leaving a direct contact number, but yet again, that’s not the case. They leave the general phone number. Further, I’ve called several times trying to reach the GM, but he’s always out of the office.
Take it from me, Nalley Toyota of Roswell is nothing but smoke and mirrors from the top to the bottom. If you’ve learned anything from my review and my experience then avoid this place. I wish that I had all of the time back that I spent dealing with them, so know that this place does not have its customers’ best interests in mind. Beware.

Did not have a great car buying experience at Nalley Toyota. I did not feel like Nalley was interested in earning by business compared to the other dealers in the area. The sales rep I was working with was very inexperienced, as I knew more about the vehicle I was looking at compared to her. Nalley also provided an extremely unfair trade-​in value for my existing vehicle. Lack of communication as well as a lack of desire to earn my business drove me to purchase a vehicle elsewhere.
I recommend checking out Autonation Toyota or Rick Hendrick Toyota over Nalley.

Update. So my car was not finished yesterday. Received a call it would be done in 45 minutes, showed up, but had to wait again. Andy (manager) approached me, upset with my Unilocal review and said I ‘should take it down because I gave you your cargo mat’ to which I responded you didn’t give me anything I paid for it and had to push you to get what I paid for. He didn’t like to hear that and walked away. My vehicle did show up, however it had a stain on the drivers seat that they could not get out. So now I get to go back and visit these guys again. I stand by my earlier Unilocal review, and will not be pressured to remove it so they look better. How about being honest, and honoring your word and showing respect to your customers? Then you won’t have to worry about people and their reviews.

While shopping for a Highlander I checked these guys out, horrible experience and a tremendous waste of time. They had EXACTLY what I was looking for but I told them I was shopping around for the best price. He told me I wasn’t going to find a better price anywhere. The sales manager was rude and indignant that I wasn’t making a purchase on the spot.
The very next day I went to Cobb Toyota and they too had EXACTLY what I was looking for, except it was $ 3,000 less expensive and the interest rate was ½ of what Roswell was going to charge.
Stay away, go to Cobb Toyota, you won’t regret it!!!

This is terrible. I am here after taking an appointment after making sure they confirmed with me that they had the car to drive 1 hour later to find out they had sold the car 3 hours ago. This means when they had called to confirm they had the car they had already sold it.
What’s sad is I didn’t learn my lesson on how bad this dealership is from the first time I came here two days ago. Two days ago the sales person, Ajay, told me his «best price». I go online to find a car that is 2k cheaper which means he wasn’t giving me the best price. This was after showing them the true price car certificate which they did not honor.
Overall this is one of the not very bad experience. Rich Trupia was the manager during this deal I am not sure if that had something to do with how this all played out.
Once I get back on my computer I will print out whatever conversations I have had with them so you can see the paper trail.

Long story short.
I was given a rate and paperwork for a car. Signed and left. Couple days later, Fiancé guy (Ken) calls and says he made a mistake and needs to charge me more than we had agreed on. He came to my home in the evening to do the paperwork over. Beware of him! Definitely makes promises he can’t keep. «Manager» Andy didn’t do anything but back him up. These guys take the sleezy used car salesman feeling to another level. Currently looking to replace my wife’s car and they have a few we like, unfortunately, I don’t feel like ever stepping foot in there again, even if I have to pay more somewhere else…

A few notes on Nalley Toyota of Roswell. Having researched and in the market for a new SUV/​crossover my wife and I settled on a Toyota Highlander. We went to Nalley Toyota of Roswell with the intent on purchasing a vehicle that day… for the right price, of course. We filled out the online form, and got an immediate response from AJ. We arrived at the dealership. AJ was very friendly. A bit scattered (being he was fairly new), but very nice. Settling on a new a new 2015 Highlander, things went south very quickly. We sat down to discuss terms on the $ 32K vehicle, when AJ went back to speak to his finance person we used the power of mobile technology to see if this was the best deal. It wasn’t. Turns out Nalley of Stonecrest had advertised three of the exact same vehicles for $ 29K. We thought, since they were of the same name perhaps they would honor the deal in order to sell the car. WRONG!
I showed AJ the advertisement. He went back to his finance guy, then came back to saw that his finance guy didn’t believe the vehicle was advertised for that price. I told AJ that I found it hard to believe that they would not consider trying to match the price since it was another dealer with the same name. AJ went to the back, this time returning with the finance guy — I believe his name was Charles. Charles began to claim that he couldn’t find the advertised cars in the computer and that it was no way it would be that price. I gave Charles the opportunity to look at the ad. He wasn’t interested. I even said, lets call the other dealer to verify. Still not interested. Being the finance guy, he began to talk terms and credit. I told him the amount we planned to put down ($ 18K…yes, you heard me), my credit score, and what we wanted our monthly payment to be. He disappeared, only to return with the crappiest attitude. Stating that there was no way the other dealer had it for that price, but he would be willing to take $ 500 dollars off the $ 32K. Then proceeded to make comments about my credit score making as I was less of a person and how there was no way to make a deal with such a score. Way to go. He (meaning Charles) was very condescending and borderline rude to both my wife and I. You can imagine the fire ready to explode inside of me, but I held my composure and asked for a few moments of privacy with my wife. I called Nalley of Stonecrest to very the vehicles were still in stock, said goodbye to AJ (the sales guy) then walked out… fuming!
We drove the 50 minutes to Nalley of Stonecrest where we were greeted with respect… like one would expect buying a new car. Going to Nalley Toyota of Stonecrest was a great experience. Manny (the sales guy) got us the EXACT model vehicle we wanted, in the color we wanted, for the terms we wanted. Amazing! Same dealer name — Nalley — two completely different experiences. Interesting how the finance guy in Roswell has such a pompous attitude on him.
I will NEVER go to Nalley Toyota of Roswell again. I will NEVER recommend any of my friends to Nalley Toyota of Roswell. Making someone feel like total crap is not want I would have expected, but there you have it. Social media is a powerful thing. I will be sure to spread the word.

Bought a new Rav4 today and I have to admit this is the best dealership I have bought a car from. You get to be with the person that is inspecting your trade in so you can up sell your old car. The new car salesman works salary not commission which improves your experience there. I did get the best price in town and I have checked out 2 other dealerships. Yes I would recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone.

I purchased a new tundra about a month ago from here. I am very anal about doing my homework before I purchase a vehicle. So when I arrived I knew exactly what I wanted and what I should pay.
The salesman was a little aggressive but honestly if you do your research that kind of stuff wont bother you.
Their price was actually the lowest out there. I went to 2 other dealerships as well as autotrader, and even used the carfinder service through my credit union.
Mr. Wong the sales manager was especially helpful, following up with me the day I picked up my truck and even a week later to make sure I was happy.
As with anything else in life your experience will be what you make of it.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I brought my car twice before this third experience and felt I received fair enough treatment. They did try to add on and offer additional services that I didn’t really need. My last visit was very annoying. I was there before 2 other cars but they helped them first. My express oil change turned into an hour+ ordeal. They are pretty friendly but I always feel like I’m getting «hosed» when I go to car dealerships. Everything has always taken significantly longer to finish than what was quoted. I give an extra star for a VERY clean and well maintained waiting room/​coffee bar area.
