I’ll Go Mobile Massage

My husband surprised me with an In Home massage today for my birthday. They set up in our living room and got started right away. My massage therapist started massaging me and asked if I had ever had a full body exfoliation, which I had not. She suggested I let her exfoliate my body and also massage. She did not charge extra and it felt amazing.
It was so nice to be in the comfort of our own home and be able to relax.
We will definitely be doing this again.

She was friendly, personable and professional. She was able to work out some of those kinks and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be booking more massages!

I don’t think I’ve ever been so appalled by a lack of professionalism in a company as with this one. I had scheduled my appointment for a massage weeks in advance, and on the first visit a woman — NOT the therapist who was supposedly ‘en route’ to my home — called me FIVE MINUTES before the scheduled time to say that the therapist was running late at another appointment, and by the time she finished it would be ‘too late’ to do my massage. Given that I had literally rearranged my schedule just to fit in a massage at THEIR convenience, I requested that she come anyway; it shouldn’t have been up to her to decide her personal preference on the time, since she was the one who wasn’t following through on the service in the first place (not to mention she gave all of five minutes notice for the cancellation, which would undoubtedly have resulted in a large cancellation fee if the CUSTOMER had been the one doing it)! The lady who called me flat out refused, for no other reason than the therapist didn’t want to come. I couldn’t believe it. I rescheduled another massage for the next week, and the woman who came was great, although a bit late. When I called again to schedule a second massage with her, I was told very bluntly by the scheduler that she had been fired from the company. How unprofessional! Believe me, dealing with the obvious personnel issues, tardiness, and general lack of professionalism with this company is NOT worth any discount they offer you.

I scheduled an anniversary couples massage for my partner and I. I was truly disappointed when no one showed or called. I discovered an email later on in the night from one of the therapists saying that they had become lost and couldn’t reach me because the number in their system was entered incorrectly. The next day, I received a call from Ebony explaining the situation with much remorse and she convinced me to reschedule. To make up for the error, we were offered extra time on our massages as well as ANOTHER couples massage at a date of our choice… Gratis. That’s great customer service if you ask me. We had Ada and Jasmine take care of us. They were knowledgeable, prompt and professional. We can’t wait for our next massage! Book them!

Best massage I’ve ever had. Ada was wonderful. I was in horrible back pain, called her, and she came out right away. I booked the one hour massage, but she worked on me for well over that amount of time. She was personable, professional, and exceptionally good at her craft. My back is feeling much better now and Ada is going to be stuck with me on an ongoing basis.

I’m not sure what other people have experienced, but Ada was amazing! I got lost because Google maps took me the wrong way. I called and told her I was running late and she was very understanding. She gave me a great hot stone massage and even gave me an extra 20 minutes of blissful work. She really cares.

I hosted «Girls night out» and decided to have massages for my guests. What can I say, Ada (the massage therapist) showed up and showed out. My guests were totally pampered. Each guest was supposed to get a 15 minute foot massage but were given more time and individual attention. She was very detailed and gave tips to each guest on what they can do to improve trouble areas. The price was very reasonable for a mobile massage. She did such a wonderful job that several of my guests (including myself) have already scheduled for her to give us another massage. I definitely recommend «I’ll go mobile massage» she will not disappoint!

It seems like a novel idea, but actually, traveling masseuses are not a new thing. The thing is, they’re typically out of the price range of average people. Only people like professional athletes, stars and the über wealthy used to be able to afford in-​home massage services. Well, I’ll Go Mobile Massage is making that a thing of the past.
I first ran across their services on Living Social, where I’m always scouting for deals for couples massages for my boyfriend and I. When I determined I was within the designated 25-​mile radius for the company, I bought one and scheduled our massages that very day for an upcoming Saturday.
Ada and a second masseuse (whose name I didn’t catch, unfortunately), arrived a little after 3 PM and promptly set up their massage tables in my boyfriend’s living room where he had plenty of open floor space. We disrobed while they were washing their hands and once we were ready they emerged from the bathroom, started a tranquil soundtrack on an iPad and set to work.
It was a fantastic massage — so good in fact, I nearly fell asleep, I’m sure. My masseuse did an excellent job really working the muscles in my legs, in my back and in my neck. Halfway through she gave me the head massage to end all head massages, and then when I flipped over she continued working all the way down my toes. They also used this mentholated oil, which really opened up my sinuses. It wasn’t too overpowering, but certainly an eye-​opener.
When they were done, both masseuses went back to the bathroom to wash off the oil, while we re-​dressed, then they packed up their sheets and tables and were off. Wonderful!
We both needed to shower afterward — the oil they used was very thick, but even after showering, I still felt very well hydrated. Overall, the experience was superb. I would highly recommend I’ll Go Mobile Massage to you — it’s great to get a massage period. But a massage in the middle of your own home, that’s something else.
