Dr. Fowler integrates precise low-force chiropractic (Directional Non-Force Technique), exercise rehabilitation for spinal stabilization (customized exercise plans based on Eastern European functional protocol), conservative orthopedic management (back supports, custom flexible foot orthotics, orthopedic pillows, extremity supports), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization: DNS (Developmental Kinesiology approach for re-activating inhibited/weakened muscles and «Re-Booting» the nervous system. Developed by Czech Neurolgist Vaclav Voijta for children with Cerebral Palsy and adult stroke victims; now used extensively for improving athlete’s performance in Europe with a small number of doctors certified in the U.S.), ergonomics counseling, nutritional recommendations and co-management with other professionals.

Established in 1988.
Dr. Fowler completed his doctoral program in 1983 and interned/practiced for five years in a clinic in Atlanta; he started Fowler Chiropractic Health Center, P.C. in 1988. After achieving his diplomate degrees in Orthopedics and Exercise Rehabilitation he created Integrated Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. P.C. We have two locations: Roswell and Buckhead.

Born Nov. 13, 1958 in NYC. Undergraduate studies in honors science/math program at Rockland College, doctoral program at New York Chiropractic College and Life University completed in 1983. Post graduate diplomate degrees in Orthopedics (1993) and Exercise Rehabilitation (2004); Certified in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) 2010, studied under Prof. Pavel Kolar, PhD; Certified in DNFT (1983), studied under Dr. Van Rumpt. Married to Terresa Fowler; we have one daughter Shannon, a senior at The Galloway Scool. Black Belt received at Defensefax Martial Arts Studio 1990, under Sifu Cecil Siao-Pao.
