Buyer Beware. As with you Molly, we ordered our shutters on 9÷23÷2015 and paid the 50% deposit that was required. To date, we still do not have the end product. Multiple conversations have been had with Randy since early December with no results. John Horstman, the President and Owner, has not replied to any of my voice mails or emails with respect to providing an install date or refund of our deposit — something has changed drastically with this company as we did business with them a few years ago without any issues and why we called on them again.

We ordered shutters from this company, they said it would be 10 weeks, we PAID for half of the shutters, it’s been almost 20WEEKS and we have no shutters and they will not even return our phone calls! We’ve since filed complaints. DONOTUSETHEM!
