I would give them zero if possible. Brought car in with slight damage and they fixed it after almost 4 weeks along with supposedly fixing multiple items that weren’t even broken. They overbilled my insurance and were horrible about updating. Too many issues to list. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. ANYWHERE IS BETTER THEN ALL PRO. ALL PRO IS A NO GO!!!

After 3 other estimates and a recommendation by a friend I called All Pro to make an appointment for an estimate. No appt. necessary, they’re open M-​F. Adam, who sounds like he could be an awesome but not cheesy radio announcer happily greeted me and I had my estimate in hand shortly after stopping by.
Decided to not involve insurance since it was just above my deductible and they were able to helped me out a little bit. Getting in a wreck is horrible enough but All Pro made the repair part seamless. Adam called me each day with a quick update on how the repair progress was going. On top of that I received an incredible repair job. Flawless paint match and bumper installation. Could never tell the car had backed into a tree.

I’ve seen some other reviews for All Pro but I made my decision to go here based on my call to their office and «Mo» and was not dissappointed. I had a dent removed from a side panel and a paint job. Before I went I called other places (my insurance allowed me to choose) and I did not receive the same thorough or personable response that Mo gave me. When you drive to the place it is not fancy by any means; it’s older, the parking lot needs work and the building needs some updated touches… but it’s about the work & service which is 5 stars. I picked up my vehicle and Mo went over every detail with me. I even had a few questions regarding some of the rubber lining and they were addressed immediately (literally). It was a great experience. I will say that it took about 4 weeks for it to be complete, but it was worth the wait.
