Active Pest Control

Lousy, lousy customer service. If you do business with this company, you are in for a headache. Very poor business practices. We used them for our home pest control and termite control. After we grew weary from dealing with them (changing the price, etc.) So we stopped using them and hired another co. This was 4 yrs ago. Last summer they show up for a termite inspection that we never requested. I contacted the company and asked them to remove us from their customer list and to never show up here again. Two weeks ago, a tech shows up AGAIN to do termite inspection. My husband told him we did not make this appt and that we have another company. Within days we received a bill for $ 161 and a note from the tech that customer «cancelled service». I called and left a msg asking someone to contact me re: a bill for no services rendered. Instead of a call, they sent ANOTHER bill. My husband called and asked for confirmation in writing that we owe NOTHING. The receptionist snarkily said OK. I doubt we will get this from them, but we are prepared to take them to court.
They really are despicable. Run, do not walk away from this disreputable firm.

Horrible company and fraudulent billing. I suggest you avoid this company, at all costs. I have emailed Ms. Wilkinson and others, and they do not respond. They don’t care about your business and they don’t return phone calls or emails.
