The Spa At Red Hots

I have gone to this spa 4 times for lip injections and every single time I leave more and more satisfied. Doctor Adam Mauer is the best of the best. His techniques never fail to amaze me. He is no ordinary human artist ! If you are looking for any type of beauty enhancement he is most definitely the man to go to. He has totally transformed my lips into beautiful natural plump looking lips. He gets the job done in very efficient time, and his hands are like silk. I barley feel anything, there is little to no pain. His assistant is wonderful as well ! She is always there to pep talk me before the procedure and to hold my hand during the process. The two of them make a fantastic team !

In response to the comment I received: I went to get my lashes fixed on April 16 because they looked low and one was going UP so it looked misplaced. Marcela just combed it and told me to comb it and made me buy some crappy lash serum to comb my eye lashes with. Marcela DID NOT put my lashes on the first time (I had a great experience the first time). Why would I pay when I went to the spa to get them fixed (April 16), if your nails chip a few days after you go to the salon and they fix it at NO CHARGE. So Elaine is basically telling me if something looks bad a day or two after their service they will charge you to fix it? Then I went back on May 3, I was up there for «80 Minutes» because MY EYES WERE GLUED SHUT. Marcela had to removed the glue and she was panicking because she could not open my eyes. Elaine, do you know how that feels? Apparently not! I could not open my eyes for 30 minutes! You call that good service? I could have wrecked my cornea or my eyes! She did a half fast job on my eye lashes and they are even coming off now! This spa is a rip off! You offered me $ 25 off! Why would I pay to get my eyes glued shut? Why would I trust this salon again? They are basically saying they would pay for their eyes to get glued shut and my eyes are still burning today (3 days later) and you wanted me to pay for this? 80 minutes of hell. and they think I had good service. As you can tell from the response from one of the owners they are rude and do not care. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Nubest!!!

This was my second time at red hots spa. I Went during spa week for a spa week facial.
I’m not really sure if it was because it was a spa week facial or if was the esthetician that I ended up with but it was the worst facial I have ever had. The esthetician talked through almost the 50 minute facial. Generally, I splurge on facials for my time to relax.
I have had many facials before and normally while the mask sets in it is customary to have some sort of «pampering» done, instead of sitting for ten minutes while mask sets in with esthetician behind you chewing gum.
I went with a friend who had an amazing facial that was not part of spa week. I really want to love it but I’m not sure I would ever come back here.
****Update: received call from spa. They have assured me this is not what normally occurs with their services and have invited me back. Will give them another try.

Best place for relaxing !! Got a massage and a facial and satisfied with both and going back soon! Highly recommended

It is friendly relaxing and a real gem hidden in a corner of Roslyn. The staff is courteous accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend to anyone.

I’m giving this place 2 stars bc some things were ok. But for the most part it was so not worth it. I purchased a spa package for me and my friend as a bday gift. I had been to this spa years ago had a fantastic facial with Tara who is no longer there so I just figured I’d enjoy today’s service too. Boy was I wrong. My massage was decent. Not the best not the worst. But the most disappointing was the facial, manicure and pedicure. If your paying top dollar for these services they should also include a massage. I’ve had many facials in the past. This one was not as enjoyable. She basically applied creams, steamed me, did some extractions, gave me a mask and over. While the mask is on you should massage the persons shoulders or hands or something. Same with the manicure and pedicure. No massage at all. So not worth it. Will not be going there again.

I don’t really want to share this review of my secret gem in Roslyn, but when you deserve it, you deserve it. I go to Red Hots and I’m suddenly on vacation. It’s so serene and beautiful there that I can finally relax and enjoy the pampering. The people are by far the best! Thanks Elaine for always going the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of.

Had my second visit to The Spa at Red Hots today. If I could give it a TEN I would.
Appointment process was easy, and the staff was VERY friendly and sweet. I was in desperate need of a massage. My appointment was with Jaime followed by a pedicure with Marcella. I had a Swedish massage. Jaime made it a point of asking what part (if any) was the reason I was there and she really worked on it. I arrived in in extreme pain and left feeling oh, so relaxed and almost pain free. Might I add that Marcalla gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. Note: every person has a pedicure in a private room. This is something special because you don’t have to listen to the «yack Yack» of others who «group» pedicure at other places. BTW I did not even feel her clipping my toenails!
The place is immaculate. In the reception area is a cute little boutique. Don’t miss it!
Parking is ample. I already made an appointment for my next massage with Jaime and a facial!
PS As an added relaxing bonus, you can check out the ducks on the pond around the corner.

The spa is one of my favorite escapes! I’ve had excellent massages there, most recently by Larice, who was superb and have had facials there as well. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you are enjoying your time there. I have run spa parties for groups of women at Red Hots and they do a wonderful job coordinating everyone’s treatments. There’s a nice lounge area to relax in while you’re waiting for your treatment to begin. Parking is very easy. I would highly recommend this spa!

This is an elegant yet warm and friendly spa in a lovely, quaint area of Roslyn, Long Island, a 25-​minute drive from my residence in Queens. On a Friday afternoon at 1:30pm, I easily found a spot in the shopping center parking lot in this peaceful, upscale shopping center, the Harbourview shops. Given a spa gift card which I could have used at any of a large number of participating merchants, I chose Red Hots Spa, because of the variety of services/​options within the spa to choose, as well as a very positive past experience with this establishment. I was interested especially in intensifying my tan to prepare for my vacation next week, and Red Hots was one of the few program participants with a tanning bed. In addition to an entire upper floor where services like facials, massages, manicures/​pedicures and more are done, there is a small boutique downstairs, where clothing, lingerie, lotions, cosmetics, and other items are sold. I did one tanning session today. The room and bed were as comfortable and meticulously clean as I remembered, and with the appropriate amenities provided of wipes, body lotion, and spray deodorant. I decided to return next week for another tanning session and a manicure closer to my vacation departure time.
My positive past experience was a spa birthday party which I coordinated and held at this facility after considering a few other local spas. There were six of us, and we each got the services of our individual choice – such as massages, facials, manicures/​pedicures in addition to tanning. The event was very special, everyone loved all their services, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. They even gave us CDs of an awesome collection of songs!
I look forward to returning next week and highly recommend Red Hots Spa for individual as well as group spa functions.

This is a great spa conveniently located in Roslyn, NY. Everyone was very professional and attentive.
I had an hour facial plus eyebrow waxing. My aesthetician was experienced and well informed. They use Image Skincare products, which left my skin looking healthy with a nice glow.
They have a nice retail area as well so if you need to buy a gift certificate you can put together a really nice spa gift. Everyone loves to be pampered!

Loved my massage, thought it was a lovely place to spend some time. Super clean and amazingly talented massage therapists. I used Doug and Pamela and they were both amazing. I didn’t even know they were there and I am walking distance from the place. Great place to have a party as well. Would try other services without a doubt. Don’t miss it. It’s one of the best places on Long Island (Nassau County) for a day spa that I’ve encountered.

I am a huge fan of Red Hots Spa! From the warm and welcoming staff at the reception desk to the talented aestheticians who keep me looking my best, I would recommend this spot as a definite «must» visit! No place better on Long Island!

If I could give Zero stars I would. I went a few months ago for a body scrub. Since I’ve been before, I was familiar with the spa. Myself and bf booked a couples appt. We were running a few minutes late and they used the time into the appt. which was fine and expected. The actual scrub was fine. But after we didn’t get that customer service we got last time. If I had never been there before I would have never known they had a room to relax after with water and refreshments. It’s like they didn’t care after they were done. We were just left to find ourselves back to the locker room. That was whatever, the next day I notice my legs were so sore. The girl who performed the scrub, literally scrubbed my skin off. I had red marks all over my legs. I took pics and contacted the spa. The receptionist said she would talk to the manager and get back to me. Even after seeing the pics the manager didn’t contact me directly. All they offered was a 10% discount for my next visit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I had blisters up and down my legs and that’s all they offer? On top of that, talk about customer service where the manager can’t even pick up the call and try to rectify the situation, adding insult to injury. I would never go back again.

Been here a few times over the last few years for different services and have been happy with all but the massage I just had was amazing! Will come back for sure.

I have been coming to red hots for facials and could not be happier with the results. Elaine is phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Very clean facilities and it is a lot bigger than it looks!
The entrance is very foofy (I’m a female) I’m not a fan of spas and salons with such a heavy knick knack retail area like headbands, jewelry, cell phone cases.
Daniella did my facial, she is AMAZING and very honest about your skin! She is awesome.
