Established in 2009.

The Bar Method franchise began in San Francisco in 2001. In 2009 Long Island natives Molly Mulholland and Michele Rowe opened a Long Island location in Port Washington but recently moved the studio to a more convenient location in Roslyn Heights just off the LIE between exits 36 & 37.
